the dreaded 'middle-age gut' is a beeeeotch!

I fear it but mostly because I fear not being able to physically do things. In some hard wired Neanderthal way being down and out is not something I can handle. If it can slow me down or hinder me I don't want it.

I had some back problems years ago and my knees have had some minor issues. I'm sure in the future those things will come back to haunt me. I minimized the back issues years ago by going to the gym and increasing my strength. I really need to start exercising again. My goal is, as said by Kevin Spacey in American Beauty, "I want to look good naked!"

Hanging in there. Still haven't gotten myself back into a length routine but using my Bathmate 5-6 nights a week. Otherwise life is life. Work too much, play too little, but in some ways that's good for me.

Things are great! I am very pleased with improvements here, everything is so much faster and store is awesome. Length-wise I suggest one of the 3 length routines in SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory. Again welcome back.
