Hey guys. I have a serious problem with making gains.
My recent routine consisted of 2x40 minutes of girthwork (dry jelqing, ulis, horse440s, ferrari megapumps etc) and 1x40 minutes of manual stretching, 3 on, 1 off. Well, I actually did the manuals like 6 days of a week.
Anyway, I have come to notice that I can't make any gains at all with a light or moderate routine. Therefore I decided to try a very intense routine (the one which I described). Things felt OK for a while, but then something shitty happened. I'm not sure if this is the case or not, but I could almost swear that the connective tissues surrounding my corposa cavernosa and corposa spongium have become much tougher and sinewy from the exercises, literally preventing me from expanding the shaft any further. That is how it feels, anyway. My penis is now hard and lumpy, even when flaccid (my flaccid size has also decresed from a weakened bloodflow).
It's like my dick is trying as hard as it can to keep from growing, despite my efforts.
How would you approach such a problem? I have to deal with this issue, because I see no sense in continuing Penis Enlargementing at all if this vicious cycle keeps repeating itself.
I haven't done any Penis Enlargementing in a while, and I've been entertaining the thought of quitting completely because of the negative impact all this has had on my life and self-esteem (trying like hell to get a big penis and failing is much worse on than not having a big penis in the first place and learning to live with it).
Someone please, give me some advice. I know I can't quit for good, because I'd be slapping myself for the rest of my life for wasting one whole year on a futile cause... yet I cannot continue on like this either.
Could this have something to do with collagen buildup in the penis?
