Hey guys. I have a serious problem with making gains.
My recent routine consisted of 2x40 minutes of girthwork (dry jelqing, ulis, horse440s, ferrari megapumps etc) and 1x40 minutes of manual stretching, 3 on, 1 off. Well, I actually did the manuals like 6 days of a week.

Anyway, I have come to notice that I can't make any gains at all with a light or moderate routine. Therefore I decided to try a very intense routine (the one which I described). Things felt OK for a while, but then something shitty happened. I'm not sure if this is the case or not, but I could almost swear that the connective tissues surrounding my corposa cavernosa and corposa spongium have become much tougher and sinewy from the exercises, literally preventing me from expanding the shaft any further. That is how it feels, anyway. My penis is now hard and lumpy, even when flaccid (my flaccid size has also decresed from a weakened bloodflow).
It's like my dick is trying as hard as it can to keep from growing, despite my efforts.

How would you approach such a problem? I have to deal with this issue, because I see no sense in continuing Penis Enlargementing at all if this vicious cycle keeps repeating itself.

I haven't done any Penis Enlargementing in a while, and I've been entertaining the thought of quitting completely because of the negative impact all this has had on my life and self-esteem (trying like hell to get a big penis and failing is much worse on than not having a big penis in the first place and learning to live with it).

Someone please, give me some advice. I know I can't quit for good, because I'd be slapping myself for the rest of my life for wasting one whole year on a futile cause... yet I cannot continue on like this either.

Could this have something to do with collagen buildup in the penis?
 
take a few months off, let everything adjust, heal up, and soften than when you come back, start light and stay light.
 
That would be one option, I guess...

I just wish that I could reach 5.5'' EG before summer... :(
I only have .2'' to go, so I'd hate it if I would have to let my dick shrivel up, just when I'm on the verge of pussy huntin' season! :D
A few months off would basically put me back to square one, so I dunno...

That's just it, though, I can't do that. I'm already causing myself a lot of damage and grief: my erections are suffering horribly and my wrists are sore all the time. It is out of the question to do any more than what I'm already doing. Besides, I wouldn't have the time to dedicate 2 hours+ out of my daily schedule to Penis Enlargementing.

Take a month off. Get a Heat Pad, Use Healing Creams. And start working on BE you dont wanna be completely be outa the loop. And look at it this way. Your balls will be nice and big and healthy which will help in your Erections as well. And BE makes your whole pakage look bigger and in jeans it really shows up as well. BE Rocks

Read all my info on it in my forum. Also work on PC work as well

2. Wear your ROP like a madman
3. Do PC Work

As far as I know, they're basically the same as erect bends, just with a different name.

You do a few slow jelqs to get good engorgement, kegel like mad and make a tight OK grip at the base. Then do one long kegel (10 secs) while gripping the base, and you should be engorged way beyond your limits.
Then take your other hand and use it to bend the penis slightly, in whichever direction you prefer.
 
Shafty Supra gave you all the stuff you need to know. You really need that time off. Take a month off and see what you get. I think you won't lose too much in a months time. Then hit it like before.
 
Hey SHAFTY, I can understand your concerns of the TUNICA becoming too tough to gain but I really think this is not the case. Are you noticing any new Penis EnlargementYRONIES type bends in the penis? The reason I ask is that your entire TUNICA would need to thicken in order for you to continue getting a straight erection. The tunica albuginea consists of layers of collagen which can take a tons of pressure prior to rupture. To function right, these layers must give the penis a wall capable of withstanding a huge degree of rigidness and strength when erect, and be flexible when flaccid. The tunica must be able to increase in girth and length , assuring you get a straight erection. The tensile strength of the tunica is crazy strong making it one of the strongest fascia in the body. Only about 5% of the tunica is elastic which lets the penis to become longer when erect. Areas of the tunica with poor or in your case tough tissue build-up cause the erect penis to bend. So if your penis has not changed in a Penis EnlargementYRONIES sence I would say the chances of a toughening TUNICA are slim to none unless the entire TUNICA became tougher.

I would say time off is a good thing. Maybe a week or two to collect yourself and prepare for a new workout. I would really mix things up when you return. Change your entire routine from what it is now and I think this shock will really help.

I don't notice any bend; my cock is as straight as ever, so I guess that clears it up. I haven't done much tunica work lately, either, which takes the possibility of the entire tunica being toughened up out of the equation. :)

Man, that's a huge weight off my chest!

I dunno... maybe a relatively light routine might suit me better after all, since I have pretty much failed in all my experiments with heavier routines. Slow gains over a long period of time is better than no gains and a lot of time wasted, right? ;)

If it wasn't for fine, upstanding men like yourselves, I probably would have quit Penis Enlargementing a long time ago... and you may have just saved me from doing that right now! (not to mean that I have been tempted to quit out of laziness ot some other excuse, rather out of disappointment after disappointment in spite of all the hard work and effort I've put into it. Hey Shafty,

I’m glad you don’t quit from Penis Enlargement. I almost decided to quit also, but the support and enthusiasm of Supra, DLD and some others changed my mind. I will go on with even more devotion, hope you do too.
