Hey guys i need your help.
I used to have crazy erections,seeing a nipple from a plane would get me hard,but now,i think for 1-2 months my erections are kinda weak.I don't get hard by watching,i kinda need to stroke my dick while watching ���� or something to get hard,and if i stop watching for 15 seconds my erection is going down.I used to masturbate a lot and i think thats the reason.This problem is affecting my PE workout too,i cant get hard enough for my girth work.Any solutions??:(
PS: i dont masturbate that much anymore,i only ejaculate once every 2-3 days but my EQ is still the same.
 
How old are you? Any health problems? also what does your routine consist of and do you take any breaks from PE? I have been having the same problem but I believe my problem is mostly due to be a little depressed and not having a hot girl. Does your erection work on girls?
 
Im 18,i dont have any health problems..my routine is :

-Warm up
-Baisc streches 10 min
-DLD blasters , 50
-20 min of jelq
-Testicle health masage
-kegeles
-warm down
-i edge for about 20-30 min more or less.

In the last 1-2 weeks i've been kinda sloppy with my workout due to school work,if you consider that a break.

I dont have a girlfriend atm,but when im around really hot chicks i tend to go erect pretty easily.

You might be right,im a little stressed right now with finals and stuff,that might be it...my diet include sugar and some junk food,not a lot,but its there.Can that effect my EQ?Before i had a very bad diet and still got crazy EQ.

I think at your age there is no big issue to worry about. Do you expect to have a weak erection because of an event that may have happened to bring this about? Sometimes that will cause a great deal of stress and expectation that can definitely cause weak erections. Also, I see you are already doing Kegels and my advice here is whatever you are doing double it up, the Kegel is one of the best ways to increase erection strength. Also edging can be a great way to increase erection quality.

Your diet is important too junk food and sugar could cause problems down the road. Sugar kills your sexual power. A good example of this would be a diabetic. Becoming diabetic Usually happens over time from too much sugar. The reason being after awhile your body stops producing insulin because sugar is replacing it. I have talk to a old friend(65 years old) about he's very active. He told me he became diabetic from eating a box of half moon(sweets) a day. Another friend(51 years old)he become diabetic whos over weight and over ate and liked sweets a lot. Also told me he got penis shrinkage and ed. Ed is a common problem with diabetics and I don't wish it on anybody. So if you don't want a greater chance of ruining your health down the road then eat healthy.

I know, I never realized how much I really love sugar until I had to give most of it up. Same thing with carbs. Maybe it is just psychological but I crave these things more than I ever have. I would kill to smoke some dank weed and hit the 7-11:)

I know the feeling. I smoke or vaporize a little every day and I'm trying not to eat Nutella and toast and steak n shake burgers all the time but it's tough.

I have been eating a lot of veggies lately though, drinking tea and cucumber water, and not eating very much meat or sugar and I feel awesome. I still have my abs even without exercising. Being healthy isn't easy but it's so goddamn rewarding. I'm 31 but am better at sex now than I ever have been in my life. PE and male enhancement definitely doesn't hurt either. :)

I gotta agree with you, it is not easy but damn the physical results are so worth it. I feel 100% better now that I have taken up Aim's advice on diet and exercise. Even if I did not lose a pound I would still do this because of the better quality of life I am experiencing. I can't comment on sex but I am sure that would be a big improvement too for me. Every day it gets easier with the diet and exercise, it is starting to become a daily habit. I am so grateful to Aim for his help, I can see a much better future in my life now.

That's awesome. And of course you can still indulge once a week or so with no problem if you're strict the rest of the time.

That is the way I am finding things, completely depriving myself of the things I love will end in failure but being moderate will keep me on the diet and exercise routine. Having a cheat meal every once in a while I think is good for the brain!

This is fatigue and you should take more time off between workouts until you find a happy medium of training and good eq.

Reduce masturbation and make kegels a life style.
