I have a couple questions reguarding manual stretching which I have searched for but could not find a concrete answer to

1) how much intensity should the manual stretches be done with?- I currently stretch what I would consider at a high intensity...to the point where i feel the stretch and have trouble holding it past 30 seconds..but the "feel" seems to vary from day to day with some days feeling nothing stretching at the same intensity and direction I stretched at the day before.

2) I struggle to stretch in the upward position- I have tried baby power and latex gloves which have helped some...but i dont think grip strength is the issue...I just don't feel anything while stretching upward

My routine is as follows at least 5 days a week (I try to train everyday):

Mourning: (before noon)

warmup-5 mins (sometimes i slack on this if im honest)
manual stretching in all directions x3 sets with 3 sets BTC

Afternoon:
Bathmate ~20 mins broken up into 3 sets with some light jelqing in between. at the end of each 7 min session I do a set of Bathmate hardcore stretches

Evening:
300-500 jelqs (I only do these ~3-4 days a week as sometimes I'm sore by the end of the day)

I also wear the jims strap in between exercises however cannot wear it at night because i get a burning sensation in the base of my penis after im horizontal for ~15 mins (feels like circulation is being cut down) but doesn't feel this way if Im standing up.?:(

I have done the above for aprox 1 month with no gains realized yet except BPFSL which is slightly over 8". my BPenis EnlargementL has stayed around 7.5" since beginning with just the Bathmate ~4 months ago (no girth gains except massive temporary pump from Bathmate).

***any input on the stretching questions would be greatly appreciated...and insight as to why I appear to not be gaining would be appreciated as well***

seriously? there is a lot of info in there...and no one has any advice or input on ANY of it?

thats actually a good routine your doing alot of work during the day
go a little lighter if your newbie to Penis Enlargement excersizes dont want to over work ( i dont take days off i go lighter on off days )
your gains are there and is it wrapped up in the Wrap
wrapping your penis helps cement your gains in so they heal in an elongated form if you are wrapping then your wrap needs to be improved
wear the SG Extender lightly to keep elongated to heal stretched
the burn is a good thing you want to overcome this feeling and cement it in

now i can suggest another idea to cement your gains better that i do if you would like to do this it will be your choice it doesnt hurt and helps
i wear a master lock behind my glans an M1XKAD 1inch hasp this also keeps your penis in an elongated form of stretch
your body is going to start healing an hour after fatique sets in and excersizes are done for the day without a wrap or weight or SG at the end to cement it in
the gains will be there but wont show cause your penis is going to want to slinky back to smaller state
i got my gains from this lock
if you do choose to use a lock hygene every day the lock and penis
i hope this has given some insight what could possibly help you in your quest for the gain ;)

Yes there IS an assload of info on MOS; but there is no substitute for you finding, understanding and applying it all on your own.

As for your Q's, take a look at my signature, it worked well for me and snuck in quite a bit of "free" girth work while stretching too.
Force? It's rather difficult to rip your own dick off. Apply as much force to your stretches as your hand, (and more importantly-your penis), can tolerate.

Like I always tell new guys:
1. Absorb as much information as you can, there's no substitute for honest-to-God knowledge.
2. Find out what works for YOU, experiment, try new routines, expand your personal envelope in a rational, intelligent fashion.
3. Go S-L-O-W...you can't train a broke dick.

thank you for the replies...truth be told ive been on this forum everyday for about a month aprox 2 hours a day just reading what has worked for others and adapting it for myself...but i dont want to jump around to much...id like to keep on a fixed routine to accurately see what works and what isnt. I have tried the master lock technique and like it however am scared to death of the pinch that could happen...
 
Never forget that Penis Enlargement is a long-term-process.

You can't rush it; two months is just a start.
You might as well try to rush the tide in or out.
Stress all ya want; it's gonna happen on its own time.

Slow; in all actuality, at two months in you're just beginning your beginning of becoming a beginner.

right measurement iam able to slide over the head with out opening
im 1inch hasp
 
Doc what were your starting measurements and your measurements now and how long it took you to gain?
