So I'm wondering on this topic. My starting bpel was 6 and is now 7.25. I can get stretched out to 8.5 while in the sg. So my question is, does your stretched length mean anything in the way of future gains? Meaning if I can get to 8.5 for a period of time does that mean I will one day be able to hit that length in a permanent state? Or is there no correlation between the two?

Bone pressed stretched length is the best indicator of future gains and this is why I advise men keep a close look on the BPSL. For most men there will be anywhere from 1/2 inch to 1.5" of difference. The way to secure these gains and close the gap is through erect stretching. 5 minutes of erect stretching each session will help big time.
 
There's hardly any difference in my stretch length and erect length...maybe .25 inches. Is that abnormal? I guess I've never noticed what other people's FSLs were because we all focus on EL.

Yah I never checked mine till recently. I had so many bars on the sg I was wondering how long it was in there and it was 8.5. I can only hit 7.5 with my hand but the sg slowly cranks it out an extra inch over an hours time at max tension
 
I take back what I said. My fsl has grown since starting back with PE. Idk what it is, but I can reach my bellybutton when I stretch, but if I'm erect it's about a half inch off.

Yeah, like I said anywhere from 1/2" to 1.5" according to all the data I have read on this. I used to have as much as an inch before I started erect stretching, this closed the gap to about 1/2".

You think the TGC theory holds true? My bpel is 7.5 but stretched bone press is a bit over 8, tgc theory says I should focus on the girth or the smooth muscle

your thoughts

Naturally they're the same length for me, but now that I'm stretching my fsl has grown. My short term goal has always been to reach my bellybutton with my EL. That'd be around 7.5", so hopefully this is a sign of gains to come.

What is your erect stretching routine?

Very simple, for 5 minutes I do all basic stretching in a fully erect state.

It's a theory just like LOT Theory. Switch your routine up for a few months & see if it works for you.
 

Closing that gap Muff is all about stretching while erect. After you get your normal length work in get in 5 minutes of erect stretching in all directions and this will close the gap.
 
Ah, that's shorter than I expected. No reason for me not to add 5 minutes of erect stretching to the end of my workouts if it'll help bridge that gap.
 
Any kind of erect work will contribute to permanent Erect Size, whether it's erect stretching, pumping, kegeling, etc. If you do more flaccid exercises, then your flaccid state will reap the most benefits, and also minimally contribute to Erect Size.

True, and the reason for this is that the penis, when fully erect, is at it's 100% size, any expansion or elongation will add to this number. So training at 100% erect is the fastest way to sure up gains and close the gap between flaccid stretched size and erect size.
 
Did around 15 to 20 minutes of erect stretching last night. Never felt a burn in my penis like that.

That burn is the exercise working, closing the gap, cementing the gains!
