I thought I'd read this at pegym.com but not certain. Is it beneficial, or is jelqing enough before SSJs?

Stretching is best done before girth if you are doing girth and length in one session because after the penis is expanded it becomes harder and harder to stretch the penis. SlowSquashJelqs are a much more powerful exercise than jelqing so I suggest you use the SSJ. You can warm up before the session for 5 minutes to make the session more effective and this can be done through a hot wrap, hot shower or bath, or even some light stretching.

A little confused. Is jelqing still important, and can it done before SSJs as a warm up? Thank you

Well regarding the warm up WHENEVER you do PE and AFTER PE always do hot wrap, hot shower for increasing circulation ,prevent injury and loosening the ligaments of the penis. Then do stretching for like 5 minutes maximum if doing girth workout separately to further loosen the ligs. Jelqing is not a warm up it is the main workout for girth . And it is beneficial if you do the normal jelqs before SSJ's as it is an intense exercise . So the normal ones get you ready for the intense ones.
Also you will be needing alot of forearm strength to do SSJ's and you wont be able to do many. So when you get tired you will be doing normal jelqs too to continue the workout without a gap.

Glad you are now giving good advice, it seems like you are learning very quickly. It is so good to see this transformation in Brothers here.

Both can be beneficial.

But overall if you do PE as a lifestyle then the exercise you are doing right now is always the exercise before the next exercise.

Length has been shown to be trained best soon after ejaculating while you are still fatigued, whereas girth requires you to have a good EQ going on. This means that the ideal way to train would be girth in the morning and length at night, so as to retain the girth's expanded state for as long as possible before you jack off to begin length.

If, however, you are doing a single session then yes, length then girth without inducing such fatigue is the way to go.
 
i agree with you and will try this tomorrow about girth in morning and length in evening. :)
Regarding masturbation i think its not good for beginners as anyways PE makes them so fatigued that masturbation will add to overtraining. But i will also try that next month when i am conditioned well for this.

In my opinion it is best to keep girth and length in separate sessions. Each takes their own unique type of focus and concentration. I personally enjoy length in the AM as eq is never that great for me in the morning. Girth is easier for me in the evening when I am easily able to attain the best eq. But after girth I usually will have an orgasm and from there I will try to get some extra length work in to take advantage of the fatigue.
 
Ya i tried it today.......i dont feel like getting a boner or staying hard for an hour in the morning at all.
Length works best for me in the morning too :)

That is just like me, mornings are never a good time for me to do girth, I am just too cranky and tired. But I can do flaccid work in the AM with no problems.
