Hi guys, my routine has to be bathmate and penismaster pro as my works quite active.

I'm looking for advice on what I'm doing and how to improve it.

I've been using my bathmate for about 6months with the strap for a single 15min set.

Nothing much happened tbh.

Then one day it slipped off around 5mins and after reapplying I pumped up much better - so by accident I found sets. I now do 3-4 5min sets a day with no strap and I let it hang under its own weight.

I've also been using a penismaster pro for 2months strapping myself to the left or right for 4-5hrs a day.

I'm noticing I'm a bit thicker with the pumping sets but no noticeable gains in length yet.

Where am I going wrong?

Well you started to see where you were going wrong when you corrected your 15 minutes to 5 minutes sets. SRT, the most superior workout available, dictates that the BathMate should be used in this way:

First Set:
BathMate for 5 Minutes at Maximum Pressure
SlowSquashJelq for 5 Minutes

Second Set:
BathMate for 5 Minutes at Maximum Pressure
SlowSquashJelq for 5 Minutes

Third Set:
BathMate for 5 Minutes at Maximum Pressure
SlowSquashJelq for 5 Minutes

You will immediately notice, after one session, how much more powerful this is. I also highly recommend you use your Extender as SRT dictates also so you can get the most out of it. Do this for me, read through the first post in SRT and come back at us with questions. It needs to be studied but within 20 minutes you will gain the knowledge of 15 years of experience.

i think it is good to let it hang. the weight of the bathmate plus the intense suction does something its really good. you should also try squatting down and letting the bathmate hang you will get an intense pull. some people even do stretches with the bathmate on, but i am not a fan. I've only used the shower strap once and i dont like it.

I'm looking at how I blend the SRT as it is with my daily life to make a plan that's sustainable for me or I'll give up.

Ok here's questions -

1 - I wake up and bathmate with squash jelqs.

In the past I read I want to stay as engorged as I can for as long as I can.

The cock rings I was using literally straight after pumping for 30-60mins were causing me to slowly loose sensation in my mushroom tip(which is fully restored now as I got worried and stopped.) and made me retain a lot more subcutaneous fluid.

If it is better to wear a cockring post pump I'll do it, should I wear a stretchier ring or do I only nd to wear the ring for a shorter time post pump?

2 - I wear basketball shorts at work so that clients can't really see my penis master, hence why I only stretch left and right aswell. Is this ok? I'm worried incase straight ahead stretching or up and downward stretching is better.

Ultimately I want to spend 4+hrs a day in my penis master so the left/right is really easy to do.

3 - I pump and squash jelq before bed, if I start using an ace wrap do I nullify the pump results as the wraps kinda squeezing my shaft as opposed to letting it expand naturally?

As for cock rings i wear a wide stretchy one all day most days and every hour or two i go in the bathroom and do some type of girth work to fatten it back up and expand all those new veins.
 
I might get a few different kinds and try them out. I cant remember what mines called but its about 1 1/2 inches around and 1/2 inch wide and stretchy. Some people use automotive o rings or certain types of hair ties. I like this cause it doesnt fall off when i fluctuate in size throughout the day like a non stretchy one will. Good luck

First let me address your BathMate sessions. Are you following the 5x5x3 routine in SRT? Regardless, after any girth session a cock ring should be worn to retain expansion for as long as possible. If an hour is your maximum time, that is just fine. An hour is a deal of healing.

As long as you are going even left to right there will be no chance of curvature happening.

Well, I would not suggest a ACE wrap after girth, that is counter productive. I would save girth for earlier in the day so you can retain the pump for that hour. Wearing ACE is to cement length gains, not girth. So usually men, after they have finished their length session, strap on the ACE to heal.
