[FONT=&amp]Due to the consistent nature of hydraulic pressure created by the Bathmate range of pumps, the users penis will increase in girth a lot quicker than it will in length. This is because the surface area is greater around the girth of the penis than the length. Between the X40 and X30, wider opening and a much wider tube. This really brings a great feature to those who max girth before length.

I have outgrown the x30 on girth but not length. I have the x40 now but I am having to be really careful to keep from sucking in the balls. I like the extra room for girth growth with the x40

that has been the route most take. I am hoping that this could be a one time buy for certain men who's length goals do not exceed the X30 but their girth does. The less negative space the more intense the vacuum will be. This is a niche pump and it will be great for those that fall into my description.

Great. I was aware of this problem for a long time and told the maker of Bathmate about this too. Now we also need a Wide Body X40 and X50. If you have a Goliath for example because you need the base girth then the additional length is filled with water and the pump tends to become heavier and wants to slip off. The thing with sucking in the balls is one of the biggest problems in my opinion. It should be possible to make a Bathmate than also has enough space for balls. I started pumping with balls using a 3x10" cylinder. My new pump is no 4x12". In turn there is enough space for the balls. Whenever the balls are in the tube, there is no stress on the flange. So instead of pumping 5-15 minutes before taking a break to get back circulation you can go easily for one hour. But this ordinary pump work best when pointing upwards. Only the Bathmate is good when standing or walking.

The wide boy has the same exact size opening as the x40. The wide boy has the same exact length as the regular x30. It's an x40 with x30 length if that makes sense. I've had the x40 for a couple of years, tried the x30 but I'm too thick for it as I pack the sides and I don't have quite the length for the x40 (7.5 bpl) though and the wide boy was a good compromise as I get less negative space with the wide boy. I have found that the more negative space you have the more donut effect you get, at least for me. I know this is my first post but I've be a long time lurker. Hope this helps

Definitely a niche product but for the ones who need it, it is a awesome thing! Negative space in a pump has always demanded so much more intensity to fit that space. With the WideBoy, these people will be able to get everything they want from one pump.

speaking of 'donut effect', for some strange reason when I mount my X40 upside-down (sticker facing the floor), I get much less fluid retention. Go figure

This has been a thing since the beginning. Brothers use all different rotations to get the best pump. Many swear by upside down use. It has a lot to do with the pelvis and how the penis is situated in relation.

you'll think I'm crazy, but don't fight it and try it out with lower pressure. You can slowly increase as you become more comfortable...if feels odd at first, but then it actually begins to feel kinda good. The byproduct of a lower-hanging sack doesn't hurt either

And attaining that lower hanging scrotum is all about the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch. When there is a successful separation of the scrotum and base of the penis is allows the penis to hang much lower and heavier. When men have a turtled penis is is usually because the scotum is pushing up on the penis, once released from this allows to penis to hang down and not point out.

I remember you posting about pumping the whole package but I was not sure how that would work but after thinking about it, I would rather put it in and start slow rather than the balls being sucked in at warp speed. I will have to experiment with it a little and see how it goes

It is the skin bridge between the scrotum and the bottom base of the penis that causes this and the fastest way to a long and heavy flaccid is by practicing the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch. This will quickly bring a separation and allow for so much better of a hang.
