From somebody that been doing pe for years now off & on, i can tell you what exiled is saying is true, your not gonna get anywhere in this with light pulling & gentle jelqing. It takes a lot of force & pressure to form your penis to a new size anyone that hasn't been sore atleast a few times even the day after your routine is probably not going hard enough & only gonna be disappointed when they go to pick up that tape measurer. If this was a cake walk the majority if men on this planet would be walking around with dicks to their knees, wearing an extender for a decent amount of time is uncomfortable, hanging, jelqing, Bathmate, all of it can be painful when you put the effort in to actually see gains. Thats why there are so many members all across the world on this board or others like that see its possible, but never achieve their goals, the effort you have to put in to see some real gains is not for the faint of heart, now i do agree you shouldn't push yourself too fast before your body is ready for it, get conditioned & go hard, if your not your wasting your time. Just my opinion.

I like how he said penis enlargement shouldnt hurt??????? what the fuck did he expect??? sunshine and rainbows!!!!!! I cant even focus my mind on trying to focus on something to dull the pain sometimes.... Manually growing your dick is almost shoulin monk like training to ignore all physical torment through will power!!!

Then again, if someone comes on a message board with some concerns/complaints/questions about a product that is pimped here like it's the holy grail and all you do is talk trash about that guy, then you're probably just a first-class asshole living in your grandma's basement.

And for the record, Penis Enlargement should NOT hurt. If you're hurting yourself, you're probably going to injure yourself; which in your case wouldn't be a bad thing.

So, having said all that, go for the gold, man!! Prove how much savage man-handling will-power you have and rip the only penis you're ever going to have right off your body and show everyone how much it grows!!

Guys its time to get back to focusing back on the task at hand & that's pe, good luck to both of you.

I've deleted the crap that simply amounts to character attacks and chest thumping in an attempt to put this thread back on track.
If there's nothing more to add to the subject...that's USEFUL; I'll close this thread and we'll be done with it.

Joe, as the OP, I'll let you make the call first.

P.S.
Joe, yes, unfortunately, sometimes Penis Enlargement WILL in fact produce pain. Just like weight lifting will hurt, martial arts will hurt, paying bills will hurt or learning math will hurt. In many aspects of life pain is inherent. Doesn't necessarily denote pain, sometimes simply change. And that's the result you're seeking after all, ain't it?

A coupla quotes I always keep in mind: "If what yer doin' ain't workin', get workin' on what yer doin'!"
And: "Pain is inevitable-suffering discretionary."

Thanks Max, both for deleting the garbage and for your opinion, but I respectfully disagree.

Pain is the bodies way of telling you that what you are doing is likely going to result in injury if you don't stop. I have been involved in bodybuilding and power-lifting for 16 years and it should never be painful. Yes, you need to push yourself beyond your limits and, yes, there will be discomfort, but if you are feeling pain while lifting weights then you are probably doing something wrong and it is going to end in chronic or acute injury.

It is the same thing with Penis Enlargement, and that isn't just my opinion. I have read the same thing on other Penis Enlargement boards as well. No matter what change you are trying to put your body through, if the activity is producing actual pain, the only change you are likely going to see is injury. Maybe we just have a different definition of pain.

Getting back to the original purpose of the thread: I decided the discomfort from the gaiter was just that, discomfort, and the vaseline has helped immensely. As for the pain, I was over pumping which caused too much pressure. So I have backed off a bit and am having much better sessions with the Bathmate.

I been shot, stabbed, sliced, set-on-fire, concussed, dislocated, immunized, infected and crashed in just about anything that didn't have either rockets or wings...

And I can tell anybody who cares to listen: Life involves pain. Unavoidable. What we need to sort out, is if it's the pain of growth or the pain of destruction. Often the only difference is our perspective.

If one lives life so as to completely avoid pain, you'll most likely avoid most of life too.

I guess one would have to define what they consider pain & what they will consider discomfort, one's person disconfort could be someone's else total hell, guess it depends on the individuals threshold, but what i do know in order to gain in pe your gonna feel something!

Thinking about returnIng mine too. Anyone else here done it? If its anything like when I ordered I might just not bother...

One man may view pain as pleasure, I guess it depends on each mans threshold for pain. It is not painful to me but most Penis Enlargement does cause soreness...the two are different.

Most people would endure excruciating amount of pain and pay heinous prices if they were guaranteed to make gains. Honestly, I blame my own lack of research.

I did:) I made a lot of mistakes but found a lot of innovation.

I'm probably not the only one, or am I, who has pulled blisters due to the gaiter marks. The suggestions of lube and moderation are good ones.

If you are getting sharp ridge-like marks caused by the gaiter I suggest a 15 minute max session. I've been doing that, ridges and all, for over a year without issue. My problem didn't occur until I went for an hour and got some mild water blisters which took a few days to heal over.

I still use mine every morning because I think it is a great time-saving product, i.e. gets good expansion in a shorter time than air pumping, and I can multitask. Though IMO the gaiter pinching kinda limits its use for hard core.

Moderation and innovation is key. Moderate sets of no more than 10 minutes in sets or supersets of 5 minutes with 5 minutes manual is best for me. expansion stays huge while blisters, retention and the like are kept at bay.
