red help me with a routine that works both length and girth but mostly girth oriented, I'm planning of using Bathmate and any exercise with the clamps.

If you just find a post by RED and look in his signature he has links to the best stuff. If you're new then just start with DLD's first routine to build up a little then jump into red's stuff.
Use his constrictor guide for girth and check his sig for length stuff.
 
You should really start with the NEWBIE ROUTINE. Jumping too quickly into advanced work will only cause injury. Penis Enlargement is progressive and should be done in logical steps.
