New Routine idea (any good?)

Hi. Ive been doing girth work mostly with very little if any gains made. I wanted to get a routine for both girth and length.

i was planning on doing
Length work -
afternoons - JPs 90 day beginner routine - daily.
Evening time : the 5x5x3 routine for girth.

after the 90 days for length once i feel accustomed to length work i was going to change to the lengthmaster (which ive had for a year and have yet to use once) and just continue with 5x5x3 for girth.

do you think this is a solid idea for a routine? Any help is much appreciated
 
Sounds like a great starting routine. Don't be shy about the lengthmaster it can be used by newbies and it delivers incredible length. The 5x5x3 is the best girth routine.

What's your goals? And where are you at rigjt now?
 
well my realistic goal would be to gain 1 inch to 1.5 in both girth and length (hopefully within 2 years?) im at 4.6in girth and 5.3in in length. So 6.5L x 6G would be ideal.
Good goals. The length master is an awesome tool that will get you to the length goals.

I have been told that these gains are common:
3 months length 0.25"-0.5 "
6 months length 0.75"-1"
1 year length 1"-2"
3 months girth 0.25"
6 months girth 0.5"
1 year girth 0.75"-1"

Note this is incremental and the measurements for each month or year.

But I want to be clear about something, you can gain faster. I know for a fact it's true for length.

I'm doing 1 hour session every day (20 minutes x 3 times) every day, except Sundays. But I'm only working on length right now.

I have been told that 2 sessions also are ok as well.

Since you want to work on both girth amd length it's good to split up lengthwork and girthwork. Your strategy looks good.

Let your SSJ last for a minimum of 45 seconds. Cut down on masturbation. If you are not in a relationship, try ejaculating once a week if you can.
 
I find it difficult making each SSJ last longer than 15 secs. I do think its easier when i use less lubricant. Do you have any good tips to make each one last around 45secs.
Does it also matter than at the end of the ssj the head rolls back over due to being uncut?

You have to always do kegels at all times. Another main thing, are You using Viagra for pumping? It doesn't matter if the head rolls back over due to being uncut

No, I havent been using any supplements etc for pumping. I’m finding it fine in getting a full erection for the duration of 5x5x3, i just have to get re-erect to 100% after each SSJ.
Am i correct in being 100% erect for both SSJ and pumping?
 
Ive also been doing my SSJs like in the video below.
Is this correct as the videos posted in the 5x5x3 thread show more of a bending motion that I haven’t been doing.

You need supplement to enable you succeed in doing the SSJ successfully.
