I've been wearing the (PF) for a couple days now. I haven't had any real issues other than ripping one sleeve (beginners luck). For comfort I wear a pair of underwear underneath the (PF). Once the vacuum and sleeve are in place, I put on a pair of underwear (briefs) and slide the (unit) through the front hole of the underwear before the final connection is made (belt around waist). I do this to protect the bare skin area. I only wear the device at home, so I suppose one could wear a pair of boxer shorts over the (briefs & PF) before throwing on some jeans and heading outdoors.

It's going to take time, practice and patience getting used to the raveling and unraveling of the (sleeve). But I feel like the benefits that this device is capable of producing far exceed the minor issue of (taking it on an off every time you have to go to the bathroom.)

Sleeping on back is ok, but just walking around the house with a pair of sweats and sweat shirt listening to the Ipod is the most comfortable. I'm going to wear the (PF) as much as possible for length gains as well as manual stretches. I'll also be using the bathmate every other day for girth work. I haven't tried hanging yet.

So far so good.

Congratulations on your Phallosan! I am glad you are taking your time in learning and mastering this. Ian very sorry about the ripped condom but you did get your 4 extra for free right? Let me know my Brother.
 
Nice buy. I would definitely consider tying it around your leg below your knee so as to stretch with better emphasis on straight down where the most gains tend to be made. It is quite comfortable having it facing down and each step you take is stretching it further and relaxing. Much better than just around your waist. It doesn't protrude like you might think. I wear it more than 12 hours a day, at home and at work that way. I also have a work uniform and those things don't give you room for crap but it's not noticeable. Check my thread and superman05xx thread, we both set ours that way. I hope your getting some good stretching in before you throw it on. Hope to continue to hear good things.
 
Yes, my kit came with extra sleeves, but just one glans cap which I haven't had a problem with. I have the MOS dvd for visual instructions. I believe I'm already seeing some initial flaccid results, which makes me think that this mission really is possible. It's going to do wonders for my self confidence when I achieve some reasonable goals. It sucks being a hot straight guy who has to shy away from tons of beautiful women because of a below average unit. It's been killing me for years, but now I have a glimmer of hope, I just have to put the work in.

Hope is not necessary my Brother, only belief. If you want this bad enough and are willing to do what it takes to get there, you will become the man you want to be. Anyone who has stuck with PE and remained dedicated has made gains.
 
After losing some vacuum pressure, I changed bell/sleeve sizes which corrected the problem. The sleeve is real tight, but not uncomfortable. Looks kind of funny when I first install the sleeve because it's real tight from the top of the shaft (by glans) but the uncovered part near the bottom/base is much bigger looking. Once I wrap the PF around my waist and latch it, it doesn't look as bad. I alternate between left and right side about every hour. Increased flaccid hang is noticeable after I remove the PF which is encouraging and helps with motivation to carry on with the mission. I do periodic kegels while wearing the device and incorporate jelqing and stretching when I take of the PF.

Glad the change in Bell sorted this issue. I would say now that you have things solid and comfy to start going for longer and longer sessions. Maybe even to the point of overnight use.

I've kept it on overnight for a couple nights now, and haven't had any issues, in fact it's like I use the bathroom less during this period. I was concerned about removing/re installing the PF during the night, but thankfully I haven't had these issues. I also ordered some flaccidjackets to keep a flaccid stretch during work hours and regular hours. I know their isn't any real tension involved, but I think it is a good post stretch alternative for me like the ACE bandage is for some. I may get one of those tuggers with the weights and experiment with hanging. I have plenty of foreskin to pull over the cone, maybe that means I have a lot of length gain potential (lol.)

This is excellent news! This gives you hours of stretching you would not get in otherwise. Where was the Phallosan when I was gaining? My God, I would have loved to use overnight stretching! The Phallosan is amazing!
