Yeah I get what u mean. .. but u guys are in effect increasing tension alot higher then whats regarded as normal use for the SG

To get your cock to stretch 1/2" more is going to require up to 10lbs of tension anyway. (Correct if wrong.. ) and I know for myself I can get my SG to 6lbs of tension when playing around (measured with fish/hanging scales)

My point is this is same principle as hanging and theres alot of value in this method using the SG insteas, as I know for myself hanging and the stigma surrounding it turns me off.

Ive always considered hanging after a manual stretch session... but since u guys are going full on with tension for short durations with the SG, looks like ill be aswell

To wrap I just place the tube foam under my glans then put ace bandage around and comfort strap, only thing is I have "fallen out" of the headpiece cause the stretch was too much but when that happens it's more motivation, every passing day it gets easier and easier to stretch further. I check my dick about every 20 mins or if I feel it getting a little cold, then I'll remove and lazy ass stretch til i'm ready to go back in. I don't know if anyone else does this but I kegel as much as possible while in it

It'll also fatigue your pc muscle, preventing it from fighting against the stretch.

It's funny when guys say that kegeling in the SG is pointless... then in another thread go on about trying to fatigue the pc muscles before stretching...

By the way, which bars are you currently on Mahoney?

I'm currently on the two longest bars and maxing extension on the spring bars (but not exposing the threads yet)...

I use sports wrap under the velcro, works great, I found out about it on an older thread here , I had never heard of it, but the drugstore had it on the same shelf as ace bandages.

It's weird though, the way I put my sg on I think makes it easier to stretch further as opposed to the instructional videos o've seen on here and the dvd, but what I was getting at is sometimes I can completely over stretch the headpiece and begin adding tension and wear it for 1.5 hrs and retach in like 5 mins, or I can barely get in it and my penis slips out after like 10 mins or if I move funny
