It's just because I got some unfamiliar sensations from the erect stretches. Just... weird. Don't know how to describe it.

These new feelings are perfectly normal; I mean you're taking your erect cock, and stretching the shit out of it! Erect stretching is one of the most intense experiences, but as you grow accustomed you'll want to push further to achieve that pump :). Whenever I did a new exercise there was much excitement, but as this dies down it just becomes the most natural thing

I gotta admit it's been quite a while since any exercise made me go, "that's a little weird". And it really is a totally different feeling from everything else I've tried. Bends feel like bends, uli exercises from jelqs to slammers feel like uli exercises. Nearly all stretches are more or less the same sensations. Including hanging ads and extending even. These things are in a different class altogether. That actually IS a little exciting. And now I'm curious so I'm screwed until I use them for a month and see if they impact the measuring day.

It feels almost like pulling clay that's close to setting on the hands, and like blood is almost getting whisked to the head. Very weird but kinda cool.

Really not sure if I can just hop into 30 minutes. It's coming after 30 minutes of edging with a tight ring. I know I'm highly conditioned but an hour between the two of those sounds risky to me. Building up to 30 just seems smart. Maybe just add 5 minutes per attempt and as long as nothing bad comes of it I'll stick with 30.

30 minutes is not necessary for erect stretches. 5-10 minutes is perfect.

My opinions too.Erect stretches should not be abused.30 is way too much,5-10 min is where you want to be.

So obviously the same is true of twisted erect.

Naming stuff is fun.

Exactly. The idea is to stretch the erectile tissue to bring the gap of BP and FSBP closer together.

I've decided to do a little erect stretching at the end of edging sessions to try and narrow my bpfsl/bpel gap.

At what level of erection strength is an erect stretch no longer an erect stretch?I seem to drop in eq pretty quickly when I do them. So I've got to wonder how useful it is when you're down to maybe 60% after a minute.

Also wonder how others usually grip for this. I used a reverse ok grip and I got a decent pull out of it. I am wondering if there's any two handed grips or maybe I should just use the second hand to try and stimulate .

Is it kinda dumb to do this if I'm trying for gains in girth where the grip will be? Really is more a priority than more length but I was just figuring I'm up already, might as well. Maybe I should do them first?

If I'm breaking them up into 4 sets, how much time would be adequate to make an impact? I'm personally thinking 2.5-3 minutes per session so I have 10-12 minutes of it per day. I already do 3 hours of manual work daily, so I don't want to go much more overboard with it. But I do want to incorporate them.

Think that's it for questions. Thanks for any answers in advance.

I redo the erect stretch once the erection dies down. I don't go pass 1 mins per stretch.
