How far behind the head do you grab from? I have been grabbing about in inch sometimes more behind the head. If I try to go closer up I just feel like I can't pull that hard because I lose grip. What is the correct distance behind the glands that you are supposed to grab?

Whatever gives you a good strech feeling while confotable grip, I grip just below the gland with a piece of toilet paper for better grip.

Hope that helps.

You want to grip as close to the head as you can, ideally right below the corneal ridge. If you are slipping at this point you can try some different methods of gripping, baby power helps for a lot of men in improving grip, rubber or latex gloves can also be a big help in grip, if all this fails, the LengthMaster would be the way to go as there is no slip and the stretch can be done using two hands, much more powerful than any manual stretch.

Ok I am trying to grip right behind the head. Are you supposed to feel a lot of pressure on the head while your doing the stretches? I am doing the stretches exactly how you showed in the MOS member section for basic stretches. I just feel a ton of pressure on my glands when I do this which is fine if that's how it is supposed to be. I hardly feel anything at the base.

Another question, where is the corneal ridge? Is that directly behind the glands? I tried googling that and could not find a picture that had the location of corneal ridge. I am assuming you guys are talking about directly behind the glans

So are you supposed to feel a lot of pressure on the head or no? are you supposed to feel it in the base?

i ususally do sometimes i dont depends but even if it stings or soemthing i keep on and when i do behind the cheeks i feel it at the base hardcore , rotarys aswell i feel at base pretty much yeah you feel the strech at the base the most

If you feel presure on your head you probablly squizing on the head or your hand slides to the head due to loss of grip, use a piece of toilet a I sugested and wrap it around your head and make sure it also covers around 1" of the shaft behind the gland, now using an ok grip(I use two finger ok grip for more power) grap just behind the head and strech.

You should feel the strech in the entire shaft and depending on the strech in the base and ligaments.

My flaccid's always chubby from conditioning. Warm up is stepping into a hot shower, jelqing blood away from body and gently stretching with an ok grip underneath engorged head. I repeat these two steps for around 20 minutes before session.
Manual stretching for gains I have little experience with.

nice warm up i do that aswell without the jelq unless i decide to shower before i pe , i think ima stick with phase 1 for my whole 2 inches not sure yet i might go one day phase 2 one day phase 1 or spilt it even throughtought the day im loving phase 1 so fucking much for the length that is

It is wise to stick with any given routine for the duration of the gains you can make on it. Some people switch too soon and do not get everything they can out of a routine. Keep a close eye on gains and stick with the routine until you can no longer gain with it. I do suggest you read through the SRT Thread as this gives much information to the finer points of gaining and healing.
