Hi guys

I've recently been made aware of bundles. I understand it is a tunica stretch as opposed to a ligament stretch. I've seen the sticky on it but I'm still a bit confused. Is there a video somewhere on how to perform it?

Regardless of it being done in an SizeGenetics, it's still the same idea, it's just rotating the penis then performing stretches, the bundled A stretch is really good, have been doing them for a while, I swear by bundles. Hope this helped.

Yes, fantastic! I heard ity was possible to do them in the SG! I just bought extension rods for it! How have your results been bro?!

It is easy, for SG I do half hr rotated to each side then an hr regularly stretched, only thing is when bundled you need to take bars out then replace them quickly for the regular stretch. Manually they're good, I'm more of a girth guy I've probably gained somewhere around half an inch to 3/4 in length but honestly i'm not as consistent as I should be in stretching. Yeah also a good way I've been trying bundled stretches was someone here I really don't remember who or where it was, posted a video on using drumsticks to twist the penis around and it's pretty intense. I'll see if I can findthe link for you.

Thanks Mahoney! I'm now incorperating 1 hour clockwise and anticlockwise alongside 6 hours full stretch in my SG!

They are extremely easy to understand but I will have a video posted from the archives. Basically you pull your flaccid penis straight out, now twist it as many times as you can, now stretch in all directions.
