Recently i was considering hanging, however with starting a new job, i don't have time to hang 2+ hours per day, so i was wondering if a 7days per week AM and PM intense jelqing routine would see any results, would be around an hour a day, more at weekends?

Weekends i could probably get some hanging in as well... what you think?
 
Back when I first started I was just kept increasing number of jelqs. I got to over 1000 every other day. It didn't help out that much increasing the number of reps. What I needed what more of a change of intensity. I'd throw in some ULIs and Horse 440s after a month or so. Are you aiming more for length or girth?
 
I gained a half inch in length by manual stretching and jelqing in the begining , but after a while i dont think you will gain anythig just by jelqing alone
 
I think you can maintain your gains with this routine, but I'm not sure you will make new ones. I agree that increased intensity and fewer reps (either jelqing or stretching) may be the way to go. Try both and see which one works better for you.
 
My main aim is Length! However i have just started a new job and i dont have the time i used to! i was going to start hanging with the advise of Bib, i found my LOT which needed BTC and SD stretching/hanging. So i was going to do hanging BTC 1 hour 30min per day, but i cant do that now.

My aim is length, and i dont know how i am going to gain with only 45min per day, sometimes not even that. So i thought of Jelqing, but like you guys say thinking about it, its not going to do much for me, so i dont know what to do!
 
I was told that unless you hang over 10 hours per week, you wont gain.

How many hours a week do you need to do to gain? i could manage around 45min per day. I need to do BTC hanging 3x's 20min sets until i reach fatigue.

Once i find the fatigue point i should lower the weight and ride it out???
 
hang 1 hour a day at first then bump it up to 2 hours a day after a couple weeks and use good amount of weight you will get good results
 
Read the hardcore hanging sticky in the Hangers forum. Could possibly change your view on the amount of hang time needed to see results/reach good fatigue. Remember the quality over quantity rule or thumb.
 
Yeah ive read that, interesting!! 30mins heavy weight, with the odd jelqing and got them results! impressive!

That is something that would be more manageable for me. Has anyone else tried this method and seen results? In past posts ive read time after time that people hang for hours a day to see results and if you dont do hours a day its pointless and wont see any results!

My only goal is length, ideally 1" to get me to 8" could this be the way heavy hanging?

Bib said that you need to get to heavy weight > reach fatigue > then do 2x20 more sets after the first set with a lower weight and ride the fatigue. With 30min hardcore session this would not be possible.

Do you think id still gain doing this?
 
I don't think i have seen that remark by BIB. Looks like i have some more reading to do. I am currently doing a 3x20 workout that is split through the day because of my work schedule, with some dry jelqing and wet jelqing mixed in.

are you seeing good gains and results doing this? how long do you spend on pe per day and hanging per week?
 
On average i hang just over 1 hour per day, sometimes more, and usually 45 mintues to an hour working girth over the course of the day. So that totals me at just under 2 hours per day on girth and length work. I plan on getting to at least 2 hours of work eventually. I go with the 5 day on 2 day off philosophy to an extent. On my off days i do zero girth work and hang at heavier weights at lig positions for 1 or 2 sets max. Results have been 1/4 inch in bpfsl after the first 2 months of hanging. 2 hours over the course of a day is nothing to accomplish with a little bit of time management.
 
If i was to get in 45mins hanging in the week days then 2 hours weekends, with jelqing if i can fit it in, i should see gains?

I went to Amsterdam this weekend and the dildos and the general environment didn't half give me some motivation!!

I really want to get a huge cock now! Would a routine like the above get me some good gains? is it intense enough? i will build up the weight to i find the correct weight that gives me fatigue!

I would say you could get results from that. DLD just posted an outsanding read on form and intensity while doing Penis Enlargement. I suggest that for a good read and take it in stride with finding your "sweet spot" for Penis Enlargement and gaining. Over working with bad form will lead to nothing if miniscule gains, but perfect form will get you the gains you want, along with dedication and will power. I tell myself everyday that all the work is worth it because in the end I will get to my goal and then some.

It's possible, but more than likely you'll have to change your routine up to keep gaining after you plateau.
