Does Compression Hanging Affect Long-Term Gain?

Compression hanging, the process of using weights to elongate and stretch out one's penis, hence the term is widely used among the PE community.
Apparently when using such a method, you want to progress your weights due to the tissue adapting, causing one to reach a plateau if they don't increase the pressure.

Now here's the question. For someone like me who will dedicate their time to 12 hours a day / 7 Days a week stretching in the morning with my ADS, I was wondering if this tissue adaptation would hinder my gains on an ADS. If the Tissue adapts to the stretch of a weight, what good will an ADS do? Or is that not how it works? I was planning on using my ADS at low pressure, will I have to increase the pressure if i start hanging?

This has been worrying me as I had created a routine which implements both stretching, manuals and hanging into it. Hanging for 1.5 Hours a day. However, if I have to get rid of hanging to see overall huge gains, or at least temporarily until I get my newbie gains (I only just started using the Phallosan Forte.) Then i will.

Please give honest replies, if anyone knows anything or has researched please let me know. Everything is appreciated. Thank you!
Also, what sleeve should I use with the Phallosan forte?

At the point you’re at right now your ADS you should be healing time. In no way is your ADS outdated, we can use it for healing which is just as important as gaining. As far as tissue becoming accustomed to exercise; I agree that overtime the penis will become used to doing something and it will no longer respond as it did earlier. This is why it’s always important to be progressive in either adding weight and time or changing up the routine completely.

With hanging there is also a theory in the SRT thread that pyramid training is a very smart way to break out of a hanging plateau. There are two versions in SRT one longer than the other but it might be a good thing to switch up to you keep your penis guessing.
