Have any of you seasoned pumpers noticed this: I'm about a month into my MWF pumping routine. When I first started, I would stay noticeably larger between pumping sessions, using the same toilet paper roll as a frame of reference (I've discovered that they come in slightly different sizes). That is, my normal girth can be forced into the roll, but it's tight. For the first few weeks of my routine, I couldn't even get the head into the roll, even after a weekend of not Penis Enlargementing for two days straight.

But this week (week 4 of my routine), I've noticed that by the day after my pump routine that I'm not maintaining as much of the pump as I did in the early weeks.

Is this just because my dick has adjusted to the pumping routine and the swelling isn't as significant as it first was? Or is this a good sign, that my immediate results now are less the product of lymph fluid and due more to the stretching of cavernous tissue by blood flow (I've been staying pretty hard in the tube)? Or does this just mean that I've reached a point where I either have to up the pressure (using 2.5 hg now) or intensity (increase from 30 minutes, MWF)? So far I've experienced zero problems with erection rigidity. When I pumped at higher pressures years ago, this caused problems for me that led me to abandon pumping altogether. I don't want to go back there and mess up what so far has been a manageable (and enjoyable, lol) routine! Any thoughts?
 
I've pumped on and off for years. When I first started pumping, I would swell up with the lymphatic congestion thing.

Recently (last 6 months or so) I've noticed that I get NO lymph swelling anymore. Not even if I try for it.

I use about 4"hg to around 6"hg. I pump for sometimes one hour before taking my dick out of the tube. Usually I pump for 10-15 minutes then take the pump off for new blood/circulation.

I've been wondering about this lately as well ?:(

Interesting, Sasquatch. Have you had any permanent results from all your pumping efforts, or just a more resilient dick?
 
I don't get the red pin size hemorages any more either. Unless I go up to 10"hg.

My unit is definatly more "resilient".

For the amount of pumping and jelqing I've done over the years, I thought I would have a 10x8 by now.

I remember the first time I slipped a cylinder on and pumped up. I blew my load within 2 mins. The sensation was overwhelming. Now, I can't even feel the pressure.

I've been at the same size for so long now I can hardly remember where I started.

My gains in length and girth have all come from a combo of techniques but I have never seen any dramatic gains like I've dreamt of. I've gained about 1 inch length and around 5/8 to 3/4 inches girth.

My dick used to swell up like a freakin' Polish bratwurst when I pumped or jelqed, does'nt happen anymore. I've even taken extended breaks from doing any Penis Enlargement.

I smoke cigs and pot occasionally, cigs too much. I'm trying to cut both out of my lifestyle and get back into hittin' the iron. That may help me with both mind and body.

Well, your girth gains sound like a real inspiration to me. I'll keep working at it. I clamped exclusively for about 6 months with no results. I may eventually work clamping in with the pump routine for a combo workout.

Hey Rex,

What was your routine like? I recommend getting an IR light and clamp at full erection for an entire hour (one set). In two weeks time, I bet you'll have atleast 1/8-1/4 inch extra girth. Try it. It worked for me.

An hour-long set? I thought you had to let fresh blood in more frequently?

Well, I actually think that the oxygen deprivation is one fo the reasons priapism can cause megalophallus. As D0zer explained in one post, the oxygen shortage may stimulate gene expression that temporarily weakens the tunica. The hour long sets are amazing, but I would advise agianst it (strongly) unless you own an IR lamp.

What about a heating pad? Do you get the same effect?
 
A heating pad wouldn't allow you to do the exercises properly. After all, you do have to squeeze and bend and do other unnatural things to really get a workout from clamping.
