Pulse 110's While Hanging

Today while hanging I tried something new which felt incredible. I geared up using close to my max weight for 20 minutes. In a seated position hanging Straight Down. I retract the belt on the hanger all the way back making it as short as possible. Once the weight is dropped I will slightly spread my legs and arch my feet so the heels of my feet are on the base of the weight. Once in this position I can use my feet to push the weight beyond my max downward. I do this in a pulsing push about 1 second intervals over the 20 minute hang time.

Wow DLD, how do yui make these pics? There really damn good.

Before I was a Penis Enlargement site owner I did Illustrations.

I do something simular but I hang upward for tuncia stretching. I hold the weights which are hanging in front of me and do squats. LMAO

I kinda do hip thrusts so weight kinda gets a jump/drop thing going on, and I do like 10-30 every so often while hanging.

By the way, what kind of software you used for your illustrations?
Photoshop?

I use a program called FREEHAND:)

I've been kicking the notion of static vs. dynamic stretching/hanging around for a while. Static being a straight constant pull vs. dynamic which is variable in pull intensity and or direction.

I've made an ADS that uses elastic chords to create the tension. These can be attached to a fixed object for static pull or I can loop them around my foot to create dynamic pull. With the chords around my foot I can create dynamic pulls by moving my leg and foot combined with moving my body. With the loop around my foot I can even walk around which causes other unique dynamic pulls.

Over the course of the session I can feel the stretch in my ligs increase and I do get an increase in lig burn. I do this for an hour, take a break with some SSJ's and massage, then back at it for an hour. After two hours my ligs are quite stretched. I then do 30 minutes of manual stretching to work the tunica.

I feel like the dynamic stretching made the difference for me to get me over the hump into length gains. Could just be the additional time and I'm sure that is a factor but I do think the dynamic aspect of the routine has helped me greatly.
