Hey everyone, here's a question for you about my situation. After 6 weeks of Penis Enlargement, I'm incredibly happy with my gains, and feel they will continue to come now that Penis Enlargement is just another part of my day and something I look forward to. One thing, however, that I feel inadequate about, is the head of my penis when it is erect. I feel its smaller than normal, especially when looking at other pics on this site.

When I jelq, it gets MUCH bigger, which is expected given all the blood rushing there, but are there specific exercises I'm missing on the DVD especially for the head?

In six weeks I've gone from 6.1 x 4.9 to 6.5 x 5.0, but I don't necessarily notice too big of a difference in the head.
 
I have a few suggestions for your problem.

1.Try the Uli; An exercise which requires you to be 100% erect. Once in this state kegel blood until your head is completely full. Hold a kegel and grip the base of your johnson. your dick should be completely engorged with blood, including your head. Hold it from 30 seconds to 60 seconds, or even longer if you want to.

2. Try the Horse 440: Basically the same thing as the Uli, with the addition of an extra grip right below your glands to force more blood to your head, and the middle of your shaft.

3. Head engorgement exercises: While 100% Erect, kegel blood into your head fully, and flush it out of your head using your hands, by squeezing your head completely. You may want to also try forcing blood into your head by doing a jelq, which will put more blood into your head.

4. Supra Slammer exercise: This one is not for the light-hearted, I would recommend doing this one after you have gotten used to the previous exercises. Get 100% Erect, and edge (Jerk off until the point of no return, meaning right before you Ejaculate). Right at this edge, Hold a kegel and grip your base. Hold this for 30 seconds, Once you have held this, slide your grip up over a count of 15 seconds. You should reach right under the glans at this point. Hold this grip, and kegel blood about 10 times.

5. PC muscle exercises: Practice these, these seem to help increase blood flow when erect (and while flaccid). There are also other benefits from doing this.
 
FoM, thanks for the tips. The Uli and Horse 440 sound interesting. I'm still in Phase 1 of the DVD, so I'm wondering if perhaps they come in later phases? Also, is there a certain amount of them you should do per day? Like 20 Uli's in your routine, etc?
 
I usually do the Supra slammers, combining a lot of the head-engorgement exercises into one. I usually only do three of those, but I would recommend that you would just stick with the Uli's, even this is an intermediate exercises. It really only takes 5-10 every session, but do what you are comfortable with.
 
So add in 10 Uli's to my girth workout and it should help? I feel like if I'm already doing 10 Uli's I might as well to 5-10 Horse 440's then.

That way I would have a three-tier workout: stretching for length and bend correction, jelqing for shaft girth and overall girth, and the Uli's/Horse 440s for head growth.
