Hey guys, so I've got an idea. It came from noticing how powerful mixing up workout routines at the gym can be. I'm gonna work between 3 different routines and switch them up every week. I've noticed in the past if I switch things up the first few days to week seem to just 'work better'. So here's what I hope will work
Routine 1 (5 days on 2 off)
basic stretches all direction - 30 sec each
jelq for 30 minutes
Routine 2 (2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off)
Dld blasters - up, down, right, left - 50 sec each
do this 5 times
30 min of jelqing with 6 - 30 sec squeezes every 100 jelqs
I start out with ulis then work up to horse's and ssj's
Routine 3 (Everyother day)
Basic stretches but all erect and for 60 sec each
As much clamping and squeezing as I can take within reason
(still gotta play with this part)
So anyways I thought this would be an intesting experiment. If anyone has done similar stuff please chime in. We all benifit from wisdom
