Training with too much weight led to permanent injuries of muscles (?of pelvic floor?). Searching for a cure.

Hello everyone.

Thank you for taking time and reading this post.

I overhang with too much weight a couple of times about 2 years ago, since then the muscle tissue is injured in 2 areas. I guess this are the bottom pelvic muscles. Muscles of pelvic floor, that's how they are called. There are several of them, 2 are injured and cause pain, make it impossible to go on with hanging heavy weights and growing.

Even I made a break for over 2 years after the injury, nothing is really healed.

I feel the injury immediately when I start the training with heavier weights. Now after the injury the pain appears even after lower weight, that I was able to hang before the injury easily without experiencing any pain.

So nowadays I have to stop the training because of the pain from this injury and not from stretching the muscles and tissue I suppose to stretch for the successful growth.

I would like to heal these injuries and start to train hard again.

Does anyone know if there is a cure for such injuries of muscles ?of the pelvic floor? I guess this are the muscles or muscles in that area).

Which muscles do we actually stretch while hanging?

Is it possible to cure such injuries or do I have to stick with what I have gained and forget future penis training with heavy weights forever?

Please post your answers

kind Regards

Hello bratan!,

Why don't you try using an ADS? or the MityVAC with the silisleeve on? It could pronounce the length gains or inside the Bathmate? Jelqing? everything that is an stretch HELPS!

Hanging heavy, toughness(flex) the tunica, and we don't want that...unless you want to impress someone by lifting a rock with your dick. (cwl)

Have you considered injecting TB-500/PRP right in between the perineum?

I once read an study on TB 500 that could travel in the body because of the molecular size. And aid in wound healing.
Therefore it means that systemic effects could occur, leading to some extent of reduced inflammation and optimizing the recovery in distant muscles of the body. Meaning that if could be injected in the perineum, and still help your Pubococcygeus muscle (A.K.A P.C MUSCLE)

  • Fast Kegels with maybe small holds and small 1s rests in between? Targeting Ischiocavernosus muscle.

I used TB-500 on my torn rotator cuff and it greatly helped with the recovery, also it produces a mild level of angiogenesis in the zone, so any possible blood vessels that are damaged can be repaired by existing ones. Now that I recall, I used a combination of TB-500 and BPC-157 + I was on TRT, I don't know if trt did something there but...you know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • Have you considered also visiting an urologist? PRP shots deep inside the perineum?

@REDZULU2003 @DLD could his Levator ani be very heavily damaged due to excessive weight hanging? Could it be that his muscle fibers are heavily damaged?

Also @Sizer123 , did you hang for long periods of time without taking breaks? I read that you overhang, but the amount of time that a person perceives, can vary from person to person. Someone would think 1h is long, others 3h... I think you get the motto.

Either way it's not the end of the world, you can always use an ADS, use a PUMP with an silisleeve for length gains...jelq, hands?

I would seek professional advice, since I don't want to give a false advice, even though it worked on my shoulder but I don't know about the PC muscle.

You have gotten some awesome advice from your brother Sizer123, please read and understand. At that point if you wanna work with me to create a routine custom made for you let me know.

It seems like having a muscle injury still plaguing you after two years would mean something isn't correct.

I recommend perineal and pubic bone massaging (essentially around the penis base) in the shower or with a warm towel/ warm hands.
Use both your lower palm and fingers to get in and massage around the inner thigh, perineum, side of the pubic bone and above pubic bone for around 5 minutes to get the blood flowing.
Check Jurgen88's pictures to get a good view of where the muscles and tendons are.

Otherwise I'd also recommend doing a nerve relaxation meditation. I find that excessive injuries can also result in nerve damage so this is what I use to help it.
Essentially lay down or sit comfortably and focus on the sacrum area and a little bit above in the lower lumbar of the spine. Your lower back region.
Feel out if there is pain or tension here which connects to the groin region. Relax this pain, relax the nerves and surrounding muscles, tendons.
Hold the relaxation from the spine to the groin areas for 5-10 minutes, continuously flowing.
This helps to release unfelt tension that can block recovery.

Otherwise look up groin stretches and other rehabilitation exercises.
I find that healing is a combination of good bloodflow, relaxation, rehabilitation exercises and lots of rest.
Goodluck.

Deep tissue massage with heat will be the quickest method.

how much pelvic floor muscle work are you doing?

What kind of deep tissue massage with heat can you recommend? Where can I read about it?

I guess it is an injury on both sides of bulbospongiosus. 2 Places where I experience pain after hanging with heavy weights (pain not from growing, but from the severe strain).

There’s no real place I have ever posted this or even filmed it but it’s very very easy to understand. apply some warm oil and just using your thumb and your forefinger massage your flaccid penis between those fingers all the way up and down your shaft.

Due to this pain, it is impossible to keep on hanging and take the normal pain that would come from hanging. Because the strain pain is much severer than the pain from weights.

I guess if I would go on with hanging ignoring the pain and hang on extreme I could really destroy other muscles and the injuries would get more severe.

Thank you for the good advices though.

Dear DLD

Do you think it is possible to grow with help of exercises? How much is a realistic gain (and how many inches or cm?) through exercises if I have already exercised for couple of years.

Can you recommend a routine? Where can I read about it?

Thank you.

What was your hanging routine; warm-ups, sets, weight; did you use heat?
