I know this might sound confusing but can anybody tell me how strong your Pc muscle is without having sex. I know that by exercising your PC it allows you to last longer, but other than longer time in the sack, how else can you tell. Can u tell by getting an erection and making it jump up far, how long you can flex and hold it there, by being able to stop the flow of urine on a dime?? Sorry if that sounds confusing.

Getting more "JUMP" or PC Related Movement to an erection is a definite sign of increased Penis EnlargementLVIC FLOOR MUSCLE strength has increased. Other ways to see are you power of pissing. Thanks DLD! I have been doing the blasters and have benn doing alot of Pc flex's. Along with your PC muscle fitness I have been doing 100 quick Pc flex's and doing one long Pc muscle flex. I flex and hold it for as long as I can. I do this once every hour that I am awake. And in about 3 months of doing this I have noticed that I can make my flow of urine stop instantaneously. Also my erections are a hell of a lot stronger and when I have an erection and flex my PC.. it does a good jump. I just wanted to know about the "jump" of the penis because mine almost never jumped a couple of months ago and know it jumps substantially.
I also go on ahead a do the stop and start method when i masterbate every single time. Where I get the feel that about to cum and stop masterbating and flex my muscle real hard. To be honest this to me fells alot better than cumming :)
Another question is can I over work the PC muscle? I feel like what I am doing may seem too much but hey its workin for me.
