Today i started whit some stretchings and as far as i remember i had not felt any pain but today i felt certain degree of pain on the pubic area while i was stretching i kept going tough,is this a bad sign maybe i didnt warm up enough.
 
yup i think the warm is the issue and your ligaments must have been pulled a bit to hard....
try warming up right now and see the difference.
 
mmm i really dont know what to think about this my average warming up time is 5mins, but there are sometimes i have spent 3 mins warming up,i hadnt felt that sensation before but need to check that out and see whats is causing it.....
 
Then you must have used to much intensity and has caused the pain. Never continue anything during pain because it will make the situation worse....,take a break shordick ...u need it
 
Was this pain present before you started your stretching routine? Sometimes there is soreness present at the base because of the last workout you did.
 
nope it was ok before starting and i stretched yesterday and it was ok maybe because i had not stretched in a while...

definitely i will not take a break until i reach the 7" NBPEL i have realized that im not supposed to take breaks maybe when i get to my goal i would rest for a day or two but thats it, time flies and its quite sad when i see that i have wasted years....Actually i dont want to and i have to get it, stretching in the morning takes me about 20 mins and my ssj sessions takes about 35 mins sometimes a bit less sometimes sometimes a bit more...:)

yes i understand how you feel when your so eager to reach your goal or reach atleast average which is my goal..........after wasting so much time in the past it makes the situation worse......what i meant was take a break for 1-2 days and then get back and see if the pain has gone ...that you are mentioning should be considerable for you to tell us and post it here....so thats y i said to take a break so it doesnt get worse and then you will have to wait for a month like i have to right now.
 
If you feel sharp pain, quit right away, better skip one day than to suffer weeks of recovery and healing, sharp pain is dreadful thing...

It is all about understanding the difference between pain and soreness. Soreness is a normal part of the PE process and can be expected in the first few months of PE, a sort of dull, aching feeling. But when the soreness becomes painful as in sharp shooting pain it is vital that you stop and allow the pain to heal.
 
Well is something i can deal whit i stretch this morning and didnt feel i was in danger but theres always this doubt that maybe something can be wrong...Actually i have felt the pubic area as if it was gettin a bit dettached...but is not a painful thing do i have to continue i think so..
 
you feel something that is not usual.....then you should be sure whether you should continue or not ...be on the safer side take a 1-2 day break

Yes! It's all about understanding what kind of ache you feel, that's what I said sharp pain - NO NO, dull pain/ache - YES YES LMAO
 
and thats why i said if it wouldnt have been an unusual sign of pain then shortdick wouldnt have mentioned it....so always better to be on safe side ...a break

Literally, better stay off one session Just saying) than to suffer days and days of break
 
Not too sure about breaks,maybe i should continue its not a sharp pain but its more like a burning sensation but very "low" the thing is that maybe that fecking little pain could get worse and keep me off the game for a few days,i think the warming up is ok i dont know what is wrong,maybe the pubic muscles are getting deformed because of the stretching hahaha

that is the most important thing shortdick.....thats what i am concerned mainly about cuz it happened to me and i am waiting to start ..so be careful brother:)
