I came across this idea from training personally to get back in shape. Everyone knows that running sucks and its time consuming and its really just not that fun due to lack of intensity.

Interval training is a much more effective way to get fast results just by taking off time, adding intensity and rest cycles. The way i incorporated this into my Penis Enlargement training was quite simple, all you do is pick a stretching exercise, and a very intense girth exercise (preferably dry jelking), Do 5 quick and very intense jelks while engaging your PC muscles, then stretch immediately for 5 seconds, keep doing this over and over for about 5 to 10 min. Be sure to stay within your limits of intensity, it should be very intense, but dont hurt yourselfs!! Take one day of rest in between days of exercise.

It is best to watch some good pounding on a ����� to help keep the beast hard! Trust me this helps alot.. It is very simple, takes little time, and I have gotten great results visually, it stays fat, stays long and i have even noticed an imediate erect lenght gain in a week!

Also, try actual interval training, its awesome with losing that fat pad and it shreddssss calories like no ones business giving you that ���� star body along with a ���� star cock!! Give it a shot, its nothing to lose, everything to gain. Let me know what you guys think of this, dont be too critical its my first post!

I think Redzulu made some routines like this a few years back that relied on intensity and rest days.
He made Length only, Girth only, and Length+Girth routines.
People have made gains with them, so I would imagine you will see success with this idea too if you do it well.

I'm in the camp that consistent, daily work with the penis, especially SRT, is more effective. However, I do intense jogging three days a week with rest days in between and it works great for me.
