is it okay to jerk off in the morning and do girth work in the evening (same day)? will the girth workout still be a good quality one?

Just do it and find out . For me though I would think that it wouldnt be as good or vice versa if you did a girth and then wacked it. I prefer doing the routine and then letting it heal then letting one go the next day but I do a day on day off routine.

Should be fine. If you're going to refrain from masturbating at any time, I would just make sure I didn't whack it right after I got done with the routine. Several hours before or after should be no problem though.

your penis naturally wants to retract and recuperate after ejaculation. So from what I have read in the past, it would be best to not cum too quickly after an intense length/girth session. The tissues will stay expanded for a longer period of time and therefore gains might be cemented better if you wait. I have read that probably 4-6 hours min. is best to wait. then whack away!!

in the morning your testosterone levels are very high (i think they actually peak), so this may have something to do with it.

When I started going up early in the morning for my stretching, I kept getting erections, making it hard to stretch. ^_^ So maybe I should do girth then instead. Haven't Penis Enlargementd for three days now, but today I'm going at it again.
