Wow guys! I haven't even been at this a month and I've gained 1/4 inch in Bpel and something like 1/2 in girth! I couldn't believe it so I mesured 3 times and every time im 6x6! I love that everyday I can see just a little bit more in the Bathmate.... 140 then 150... now its almost to 160. When I started I figured 160 would be 2 or 3 months away not weeks.
The only down side is my dick is constantly sore... it hurts to jack off or have sex. My Bathmate is leaving rings around my base and hurts like hell if I don't get it exactally right. But hey its worth it. No pain no gain! I wish I would have found mos 10 years ago!
 
Great Job man! The soreness will get better. I know you're excited for the gains, but I would take a day here and there off, until your dick gets conditioned to Penis Enlargement. Sucks banging with a sore dick!
 
That is a new record! Incredible gains! What is your routine?
 
I do mostly the newbie routine but I do 1 min behund the cheek and do far left then left then left center... same on right. Then I do the bundled tunica up and down center left and right. If in not real sore I do the mandigo I think...where u grab it like jelqing then twist ur hand to have ur penis across the knuckles of ur hand. And my personal favorite that I don't know what its called...grab ur penis like a jelq but the base of the head is about my ring finger so that my thumb is 3/4 the way to the base on the bottom side of my dick. Then twist ur hand so it stretched over thumb. U can grab ur thumb with the other hand and really torque it to. I think that is the most intense stretch I have found.
Then I do 10 min of Bathmate with some girth blasters.,then jelqing 100 or so times and finish it up with 20 or 30 ssj. I do that 3 times and always get more intense as I go. The intensity is key I think... I pull so hard that my arms get tired after two stretches. So I switch to the other hand. I also use both hands alot. Im not saying im just super strong but I've done physical work my entire life so im no pussy either.
Oh yea I kegle every day at work for hours and hours. So that's got to help. Im taking longenxx but I don't think its to credit.

Well I hope I can keep going at this rate. Seriously going from the 130 mark to over 150 is a damn good feeling. Now that I think about it the girth is probably a bit less because I mesured just after my workout. I've also lost a little bit of wieght but I don't know if that would effect bone pressed mesurements much.
It takes between 2 and 2 1/2 hours to do it all but I also think there are some little things that help. I use vitamin e lotion for my girth stuff cause it is suposed to help the skin stay elastic and also reduce the chance or appearance of stretch marks (thank u ex wife for teaching me something useful!) And I like to do girth right after length because I figure if im breaking down the ligs then they would be more likely to be stretch during the girth exercises if they have no time to heal. Does that make any since?

Well im stuck... I was doing so good and now im stuck just below 160 in the Bathmate. Im getting frustrated and somewhat mad. I've been pulling as hard ad I possibly can Durring my stretches....pumping as much as possible and just can't get over it. Surely this isn't all the gains I can get...right? So any advice for being stuck do I need to change what im doing? I had to take some time off for illnesses I had flu then Got potion ivy on my hands so I have missed some time but I haven't gained a single mm in at least 3 solid weeks
