Please could someone help me to understand ? If you have to rest 1 or 2 days after exercise, when I will make sex ? 1 day a week ? Come on. Or I wanna a big dick just to look by myself ??<:(

You only need to have 3 hours before and after your exercises that you can't have sex.
 
^ 3 hours? Where you come up with that? I mean I read lots of shit bout people making weird ass stories about when they should wait and shit before or after doing pe. This is bullshit. As long as it dont fuck up your workout (girth) cuz of erection quality and the likes, it dont matter you can fuck right after or right before. None should effect the other. Unless you hanging 20 sets a day and erections go for shit. ;)
 
i don't like to have sex or masturbate right before or after a routine...but i don't think you have to wait that long either...i usually hop in the shower after a workout...and 1/2hr later i'm good to go...but i know a lot of people worry about voiding out the work they just put in...but i think if you did all that pulling and stretching that it isn't going to be undone by sex..my opinion
 
It's weird lol I have hung a set right in front of my last girl friend, then fucked her right after, always wanted to do that lol I personally don't think it makes all that much of a difference if your technique and form is right.
 
Some say a couple hours and others say no rest at all. Any rest needed would be more applicable to girth work than length.
 
The 3 hr rule isn't bullshit lol. I have been to other forums and alot of people swear by this rule. I would rather be safe than sorry so I wait about 3 hours.

Penis Enlargement is all about improving your lifestyle. Sex may slow down your gains some, but members here can testify that it won't stop them.

Yeah, but I'd opt for trying sex and seeing what kind of results you get. If the gains slow way down, then backoff for a little more time.
