Hi all, I'm a newbie (just started DLD's newbie routine a few days ago) and my problem is this: i'm like 2"-2.5" flaccid so I find it really impossible to do BTC stretches.

is there any other way to do it, if not, how bad will that affect my workout/gains. i'm willing to do anything to keep my routine intact and not harm my gains.

Another question if i may: how much should i really be hung up on the LOT theory cause I'd really hate to know that all the pulling/tugging/jelqing in the world wont do me any good if i have a low LOT... any comments on this?

Hi I am only 3.5 inches when limp and found it hard to get a good grip the few times I tried, I pulled too tight once because I am not very big and penis shrunk up and went really hard because I had lost circulation only temporarily lukily it did scare the crap out of me though.
 
yeah man know where u're coming from. imagine a whole 1.5" less than that and you get to when I'm coming from. for me its pretty impossible to even reach my cock.
 
Thanks man this helps a lot. i guess i'll try to do the BTC stretches the best i can.

about the warm-up: I've been to the "injuries" forum, and after what i've seen goin' on around there, hell .. i don't think i can miss a warmup even if i tried.

You can do them, even someone with a 1" penis can do them. Unless you have really short arms you will be able to do them. Perhaps not to the extreme others can but just grab it and pull it as far as you can between your legs, eventually it will become longer and longer.
 
Don't worry about it. If you can't do it yet, then find some other stretches that work for you.

LOT theory isn't as deterministic as you think. I have a low LOT and I've gained well.

thanks DLD.. I tried doing it today within my routine, it was a bit uncomfortable but i guess i can get used to it. all i needed to know was that doing it "as best as i can" is enough, and u just answered that :) thanks a lot man... really appreciate it.

thanks man.... you have no idea how relieved i am now knowing that... any special exercises for the low LOT or just regular ones? either way ... at least i know gains can be made with low LOT... thanks again man, appreciate it.

Just spend extra time stretching upwards and doing fulcrum stretches.
 
thanks man, i've been doing upward stretches anyway (still on newbie routine) but i guess i can up the reps a lil bit. but could u maybe explain the fulcrum stretches?

No problem MindOperator. That is exactly what men need to do when attempting new and difficult exercise. Sometimes exercises can be uncomfortable or cumbersome but with practice, patience and practicing good form things will become easier and the gains will come. Good attitude!
