hello all I skimmed through these forums a month ago and I started a routine that I was able to fit in my busy schedule. so what I've been doing is a pre warm towel and what I believe is called the __________ stretch and v-stretch for a minute each then jelq about 50 times with that jar opener looking device once every other day. I've definitely gained some girth although I'm more concerned with length. So can you guys tell me the exercises aimed more towards length gain?

Manual ligament stretching to start off with, after three months you can then incorporate DLD Blasters.

These will focus almost entirely on length.

Also increasing the number of jelqs substantially (you should do nearer 500) as the tunicia will expand in all directions.
 
So you saying do more of the stretches I've been doing? Or are there better stretches for length gain And add 450 more jelqs lol damn. Also is it better to rest ever other day or do this daily? Thanks
 
There are better stretches but they are more intense. It would better if you stuck with easy stretching the first two or three months.
As long as you feel a stretch you should be good. One that I can think of is the footlong stretch. Or what you could do is have more stretching sets throughout the day if you think you can take it (don't overestimate what you can take).
 
DLD will be releasing Phase 1 of hte pay site free to all forum members in the next few days. I would start with that. I also posted Phase 1 on my Penis Enlargement routine in the Routines forum, you can head over there and start off with it you like.

Yes.

As for rest days, if your penis aches for 2-3 days after you need one, if not then carry on.
