Hey all
I have been into Penis Enlargement for over 2 years. I have bought a the andromedical ads, and have used it a lot. I have never jelqed a lot, but i did when i frist got into Penis Enlargement. I have been going for length first. For several months i was using the tractions devvice exclusively getting 4-6 hours a night. But 6 weeks ago i restarted my manual stretching routine and through the first week i slowly ramped up the intensity to what i feel my max intensity could be. I say max intesity because i always got a good stretch, and was verry fatigued after each workout. i would do a warmup.and cooldown, then manual stretches in the morning, as well as some quickies throughout the day. Then i use the traction at night. At the end of 6 weeks i was too sore to continue. I stay sore for more than 24 hours, i was doing 5 day son 2 off. even after my 2 days off still sore.
I feel i need to take a 3-4 week decondition break to heal. I have consistently used my ads since i have gotten it with never more than a couple days rest. My manual exercises have been a little more inconsistent, but when i am on a routine i don't miss my days.
Do you guys feel its necessary for this break? Lookinf forward to learning from a forum that seems more educated on the subject than some other forums.

Today will make 4 full weeks without doing any pe exercises. I have been doing kegels 5 or 6 days a week. Since i have been doing such a consistent routine i now notice morning wood almost every day, which hasn't happened for a long time. My erection quality has increased, and it seems like the angle has too.
I do have one question, regarding healing. i have some bruising that is still present on the last quarter inch of my glans, at the tip.the bruising goes around the entire circumference. I have been doing hot wraps 2 times a day and in the shower for the first two weeks and once a day and in the shower the last two weeks. The bruising has gone away some, and it is apparent it was from an improper grip while stretching. has anyone else had a similar type of bruising? what else could i do for it? Should i continue this break until all of the bruinsing has gone away before i slowly get back into pe?
When i start back up, i'd like to try some of the extreme stretches that have been posted here, but i woudl probably be wise to retart the newbie routine.

I think stopping is sili, fatigue is normal and in many cases a sign of growth.

Same here. You need to read "How to format your text - part 1" desperately, man. :p
