i wouldn't tell anyone what they should and shouldn't do with their bodies..we are all up here trying to accomplish the same goals..but i think a lot of guys up here are trying to get the quickest and fastest results possible...i see a lot of questions like what is the best exercises for girth or how long do you think it will take me to get to this point...and i'm afraid that guys get all excited at the thought that they can actual change something about themselves that they probably was conscious about that they rush into doing things..that might hurt them in the end...i saw the exercise and it does look intense...and stw looks like he can handle it...but there are a lot of guys that want to take short cuts to great gains...i just want to say..guys don't rush it...it's not a race...give yourself time to actually be able to handle some of the exercises that are posted...cuz it is not worth trying to pump up your dick...if you can't actually use it for anything but to take a piss..guys take your time and do it right and if you feel like you can actually do this exercise after a long time of condition...then i say go for it..but be careful...swm keep up the good work...i like the new site...i signed up for it a couple of days ago

Good point. I'd say SWM probably has one of the most conditioned penises in the Penis Enlargement community, maybe even moreso than DLD and Redzulu on this site. Looking back on my normal girth routines from back in the day, it did seem a bit much. I don't know if I'll ever pick up a clamp again, it was just so intense, gave great gains, etc. However, I question if I was ready at the time. I don't think there are any others out there that can do a hardcore girth routine everyday like SWM can. It's just impossible for most at their state. Most guys would just end up doing more harm than good. Sure you'll get some gains probably, but you'd get 2 or 3x more if you'd have done a much less intense routine.

Wouldn't jelqing be the solution to this? That's what I do before and after I clamp or do girth work and I don't have discoloration at the base at all. However, after really intense and frequent sessions I will have a dark red dick for a couple days afterwards but it always goes away.

I have two yellow cable clamp since 2008 and I've never attempted to use them. Hopefully I don't get to use them because I'm scared of most of the negativity I've heard about when it comes to clamping.
