i wouldn't tell anyone what they should and shouldn't do with their bodies..we are all up here trying to accomplish the same goals..but i think a lot of guys up here are trying to get the quickest and fastest results possible...i see a lot of questions like what is the best exercises for girth or how long do you think it will take me to get to this point...and i'm afraid that guys get all excited at the thought that they can actual change something about themselves that they probably was conscious about that they rush into doing things..that might hurt them in the end...i saw the exercise and it does look intense...and stw looks like he can handle it...but there are a lot of guys that want to take short cuts to great gains...i just want to say..guys don't rush it...it's not a race...give yourself time to actually be able to handle some of the exercises that are posted...cuz it is not worth trying to pump up your dick...if you can't actually use it for anything but to take a piss..guys take your time and do it right and if you feel like you can actually do this exercise after a long time of condition...then i say go for it..but be careful...swm keep up the good work...i like the new site...i signed up for it a couple of days ago
