I know when I started a few months ago I gained girth and lost length. It seems to go the other way as well but I think if you find the right combo of exercises then you can eliminate that. I start with length and end with girth making sure that the new length I gained is still there at the end.
 
This exercise is up there with the ''V'' stretch as one of the most neglected powerhouses in the Penis Enlargement community, this exercise combined with clamping will yield some fuckin surprise gains.
Just ask TennisNut and Kausion420.
 
Also, no these exercises dont loose you girth.
All that IMHO is genetic, as the penis adapts to change rather well.
Look at it like this, you'd think hanging 15lbs off you dick would make the girth shrink?? well it doesnt from the guys I have spoken too, cos the penis adapts to the weight and gets harder in the girth dept.
The onlyway you'll loose girth from length exercise is if you have temp gains in the girth dept at that moment, i.e they aint cemmented [permanent] and when you do the length exercise it just further feeds of that temp expansion so you have no temp girth soon afterwards etc.
DLD has commented on this also, about the dick being like a rope.
Anyways I had to mention this in this thread cos its related, but I want it to stay a TOW stretch thread and not go off topic.
 
I added Red's TOW recently and I am feeling an excellent stretch that I haven't felt in a long time. This may just be the move to kickstart faster gains!!
