A while back I had posted something about rapidly adding more bars and gaining faster with SG. Obviously for this to interest you you would need an extender.

Anyways I stopped doing PE for a month and a half to see if this really works. Which for myself it really does.

I can almost guarantee for those who try can add the smallest set of bars to their extender somewhere between 1-2 weeks.

The biggest problem with gaining in an SG is because we use it as a passive tool to make gains. This is wrong. High intensity and shorter spans are good. Wearing it for 12 hrs a day for the working man is pretty infeasible.

To make these gains it's quite simple. Put it on as you normally would. Increase the tension pushing your penis further. I don't have time sets, I have feeling sets. You should be able to feel a great stretch. Wear it as often as you can with the time you have. DO NOT PUT THE TENSION BACK TO THE BASE, LEAVE AS IS. Tomorrow place your penis in where you left off, if you can only turn the tension higher once, then do that, if you can go more go all out. Repeat this on and on and on.

Couldn't one achieve something similar with hanging?

I mean that's what you do with hanging: shorter but high-intensity sets.
 
Very smart technique and I really like the idea in the way of increase. With the SizeGenetics micro-movements make this theory really work as between .25" bars and the .25" base adjustment adding small increments over a short period. I also say it is smart to use the SizeGenetics passively to cement the gains you are making. Good work and I hope others give it a try.

No, the idea is to cut out the long periods. Apologies, I should've been more specific, I only wear it for around 1-3 hrs a day, and 3 may be pushing it. The main reasoning why you are cutting your time is because everytime you put on your SG you are pushing it further and further. Always doing more, always going to get more

To a degree, but for convenience alone, an sg is lightyears better in that sense, def a lower risk and the increments of adding weight isn't like adding length and intensity to an sg. You just turn the shit and boom!

I hope so too, and I am thinking you're right about utilizing it passively for cementing the gains which will probably come soon, I don't think I can just add length that easily that fast lol
 
One difference in my method is that tension is released between sets because it's a lot easier to re-wrap and strap back in *properly*.

So far I've found a 3-4 week cycle works best... you (I) hit a plateau around week 3 which I assume is a consolidation/healing phase where you can't push further then week 4 comes around and bam, you stretch out further, max out the bar length (unscrew till the threads show and almost fall out), add the next bar increment and repeat.

I've also found Straight out bundles, Mandingos and Cranks to be a required warmup before active extendering and obviously wraps (or ADS of your choice) for cool down and healing afterwards.

P.s. did you reach your mid year goal Mahoney? I fell short by a bees dick (too optimistic) but this active extending method is definitely proven to give 1mm or more per month.

I've found my glans dry out and get rough when my cock is wrapped for too long when passively cementing in the SG (or wrapped too long in general)

This is where the VLC Tugger would be good I think... keep those glans covered with skin to keep them moist and prevent/revert the drying out process while healing in stretched state... If only it could be worn in public without falling off when the cone presses against your thigh. (Tips anyone?)

Short, high intensity work out. I see. I'm beginning to see rest more important now.

Thats what I wanted to hear! Passivity is as important as gaining.

It's kinda tough, but depending on how much foreskin you have, you can pull more of it up over the white cone before setting the clear cone down. It does help it stay on longer, I find. That and having skin that isn't wet, but isn't totally dry, to help stick to the surface of the inner/outer cone too helps. You know how moist your skin is when you towel off after getting out of the shower? How your balls are still warm and not like, dry, but if you rested them on your hands and pulled your hand out under them, that they'd move with your hands? That sort of level of moist. I dunno how better to explain it, but I can keep in the VLC for hours like that.

Outside of that, a clean VLC and then letting some spit dry on the skin you're placing in the cone works well for me in a pinch. Gross, but hey.
