Hey guys!! So I'm just putting together a routine for myself after being off on a long PE hiatus. Getting back into it and have sort of farted around and put together I've been doing for the last 2 weeks. It feels great and I think the expansion I get from it is amazing.

So I first warmup in the bathmate for 5 minutes. While in the bathmate I do 250 fast kegels. Then 25 2 second kegels. Then 5 5 second kegels. Then 1 as long as a can kegel.
After that I do PA stretches for about 10minutes.
Then I do the DLD newbie stretches.
After all of that I finish with 5minutes of A stretches.

After my length routine I get into the bathtub and do a Bathmate routine.
First I do 100 jelqs just to warm myself up. I then get into the Bathmate with an erection and pump till max capacity.
I then do the bathmate hardcore stretches.

30 seconds straight out then 30 up, 30 down, and then 30 straight out again.
Between each stretch though I do 50 fast kegels and then 5 5 second kegels.

So it would look like this.
Pump till max capacity. Bathmate stretch straight out for 30 seconds. Let go and do 50 fast kegels then 5 5 second kegels. Then Pump till max capacity again. And stretch down and so on.
Acter doing those I get out of the bathmate and get to a 70 to 80% erection. Then do Squeezes (I love these) I do 10 of these 5 second squeeze.
On the tenth squeeze I do SSJ for a few min.

I then get back in the bathmate and do this whole bathmate routine and squeezes one more time. After all this I put on a cock ring and call it good.

This whole routine takes me about 45 to 1 hour. Really love it and I feel its something I can stick to. Thinking about doing a 2 days on 1 day off 3 days on 1 day off routine. I'm reallly trying to work on my erection quality issues hence all the kegels. Any thoughts guys.
 
i like this routine though......plus its alot of workout though...
girth then length then girth......
u can stick to SSJ it might cut down some time also.....lol
 
Sounds like an incredible routine to me, you are covering a lot of territory. My only advice would be on the BathMate use. I think it best to follow the SRT way of pumping by going 5 minutes in your BathMate at full pressure and then spending 5 minutes SlowSquashJelqing and then repeat this 3 times. Most men report much better expansion this way without a ton of fluid retention. The BathMate hardcore stretches are a great internal stretch so it is great to see you included this. I think your routine is going to bring some beautiful gains.
 
Thanks guys. Yeah I'm really trying to increase my erection quality as well. Really took a nose dive this last year. Sucks
So even though I am doing a 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off, on my days off Im still gonna try to do length. Give my girth a rest. Maybe do that for 2 months then work up to 6 days a week doing the whole routine then eventually 7 days a week.

Been around the forum for awhile but am ready to get back at it again. Got a new job, new living situation, so now Im finding myself with a hell of a lot more spare time. Willing to stick to this and see where I m at in 3 months.
 
Yeak ok so I tried doing the 5x5x3 in the bathmate. Still doing the bathmate stretches in the bathmate and all those kegels. Yeah this works really great. I mean DAMN! My dick looks mean after doing this. The base of my penis is so sore after this too. That must be a good sign

That is a great sign and the sole reason I pointed you in that direction, they really kick ass. Your days off on the above post sound good to me and it should give you plenty of rest to attain excellent eq. Keep up with the kegels as they are the best way to increase eq. Other than that I believe you are on the right path.

I've been longing to ask this question but it always escape my mind. When you suggest 5 minutes of SSJ, how many reps do you think can be done within that 5 minutes?

I just go for the entire 5 minutes. If I get tired I will go with two sets of 2.5 minutes

I do 4 reps of SSJ and it lasts for 10 minutes. I believe the more the better and I also don't use a timer when doing SSJ. I go by erection duration.
