basic stretching:30 sec hold
pull straight up x3
pull straight down x3
pull out to the left x3
pull out to the right x3
pull rotaries cranks 25x3
behind the checks x3

massage to get the blood flowing

10 min foot longs 1min hold <downwards>

strap in x4labs 1 hour low tension with 2100g tension springs upgrade.

1 set of basic stretching

uncle jim wrap 1 hour.

so in total i try to get in about 5-6 hours of x4 labs low tension ,5-6 of 1 set basic stretching and 3-4 uncle jim wraps.

PM
15 min slow 4 sec jelqs and kegals downward

5 min of dld A stretches.


should i add another 10 min foot longs or just leave it as it is

well thats my workout i hope im on the right path to length if anyone has some advice i will appreciate it my main goal is length
.
 
Looks good you can add them again if you want just know your body if your doing to much back off a bit
 
thank you well he has been hanging lower these couple of weeks but my morning erections have not solid
 
You could add some little things to make a big difference.

+Rotaries, how about doing those at 3x 3 different angles? Up, out, down.

+Add a first set ot btc and also finish with btc again.

Dld touts btc and rotaries as the best gainers... so if anything add more of those two to your routine.

+Make it a whole routine of "blasters"! Start with 100 kegels, 1-2 seconds each, while pulling stretch straight out or up. This will fatigue your PC muscles to take them out of the game.

+Then, up your stretch time a little. Go 20 seconds while doing RK, reverse kegel, then release RKs and stretch Harder still for 20 more seconds. Tell me how that feels after a week of acclimation!

I really think that's one of my unsung hero moves that helped me grow +1" in 3-4 months... ...making my entire basic stretch routine a "blasters" routine as per dld blasters thread dscribes kegels and RKs.

+Between every set you mention, all day, do just 3 Mins of basic stretches: only rotaries, 1 each up, out, down. Then btc l, r, back. Then next move/ set hour...

This will get your fresh blood circulating plus add up to a Lot more of the bestest stretches in the course of the day. Do the math... yeah.

This routine is intense but you need to wrap the penis to stay elongated all through the day whenever you are not doing PE. Wrapping the penis with uncle Jim for only 1 hour is not enough.
