I need Help with my routine

I am following this routine now for 2 months with 0 gains in length and 0 in girth. What have I to change?
Routine:
5 min warm up
5 min bundle stretches
30 min basic dld stretches
After I wear size genetics for 4-5 hours at 1500gram and then I wear the long silisleeves for almost all day.
Also I do erect stretches 3 times per week.
How's your diet and sleep patterns?

Negative stress levels?

Have you measured flaccid stretched, bone pressed to see if you have gained there? If no gain there we need a new routine. Give me a day to put something together. How much time can you dedicate each day? Do you have equipment I do not know about?

No I haven't gain neither in bpel nor bpfsl. Also I have 0 gains in girth.
I have the sizegenetics , silirings and silisleeves . Give me a routine that I can gain and I will find that time.
Also I am having one question. I am uncut and I was doing the stretches without pulling back the skin also this was my way on the sizegenetics . But I had a really good stretch . Do you think this is the problem?
Also to be honest I would like to have a routine which will have less time on the sizegenetics if possible and more time on silisleeves .

As far as you being uncut are you able to access your head without sensitivity problems? What type of attachment are you using with your SizeGenetics ?

I am using the velcro strap but without pulling back my skin. Yes I feel that my head is sensitive when I am touching it.

This could be part of the problem if your strapping in without the head being exposed you’re pretty much only stretching the skin. It’s very important that the head be exposed by retracting the foreskin and connecting directly below the Coronal Ridge. If you’re feeling discomfort and pain in these areas I highly recommend the SiliSleeve and cap as in the picture below that will provide protection, comfort and a much more gainful experience.

Oh yeah! This is only an accessory I want you to have this is not your routine LOL get prepared for routines and kick your ass and make sure that you make gains! I will work on it tonight with the new information I have from you and hopefully have something up for you tomorrow. But you do have the sleeves already, correct?

5 minutes of Bundled Stretches
30 minutes of the SlowSquashJelq

Testical Health Massage and Stretch
to work out any retention .
With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

Apply SiliRing to keep pump as long as possible.

Finish the day with Kegel Routine
PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Thanks DLD for creating a routine for my needs but apart from the slow squash jelqs this was my routine. Do you want me in addition to pull my skin back in all the stretches or it is not that necessary ?

Yes that is necessary, all stretching should be with the skin retracted. I think this was the biggest issue with length , you were not retracting so the stretch went to skin not shaft or ligament. The SlowSquashJelqs will bring expansion so much quicker. What I would love to see you do please pick up a Lengthmaster and MityVac as this same routine I gave could be done soon much faster, especially if your penis is not getting the intensity necessary.

I am on tight budget but definitely both lengthmaster and MityVac is on my list. In 2-3 months I am planning to order them. I will follow this routine and I will update in 1 month. Thanks for the tips brother!

Awesome! I’m hoping the retraction fixes the length issue, i’m hoping the retraction fixes the length issue and the SlowSquashJelqs will bring more expansion. Once you receive your equipment hit me up again and I’ll write a new routine based around that.
