I think its the fat pad. I believe we share the same issue. If we reduce the fat those gains will have to show from every angle.

The fat pad is a major problem both in PE and in life in general. It brings about a certain level of unwillingness and laziness to do things you really want to do. I know that once I start working on the fat pad, there will be no going back.
