Which exercises have you guys found to be to most intense of all? I think for length, it's one that i read about on this forum where a member had taken a shirt or something like that, tied it together, wrapped it around his leg and used his leg strength to stretch his penis. I have no clue what he called it but i remember it had my ligs screaming after my 1st time. For girth, it's Red's frendo imo.

What you mean is probably stillwantmore's hybrid stretch, which is a combination of DLD footlong stretch and DLD sock stretch and you use the force of your legs. I agree on this, it is indeed an extremely powerful exercise, but I don't think there is a "most powerful" exercise, as it depends on your upper body strength. If you have strong arms and an iron grip a simple straight down stretch will burn your ligaments, there is really no science behind it :).

Thanks for the honorable mention. Clamping variations are always going to be the most intense for girth IMO.

Most intense stretches:
DLD Blasters
FootLongs
Sock Stretches
Expressive Stretching

Girth:
Slow Squash Jelqs super setted with the Bathmate

i didn't think it came from him, but maybe it did. it's been a while since i've seen the thread on it and i couldn't find it with the search. that stretch works really well for me since i don't have much upper body strength
