I have limited privacy, as I live in a small house with three other dudes. I am looking for the best way to gain exactly one inch in length; no more, no less. I find straight down gives me the most intensity, but I don't know if this will yield the best or quickest or most uniform gains. In fact, I don't feel much of anything in my ligaments with any of the other stretch directions. I also am concerned about damaging or hurting my glans or glans corona. I've stretched consistently for up to about 2 weeks, but I always have to stop because the dorsal region of my glans corona gets so irritated and inflamed and red that it hurts to wear pants or even boxers. There is even a very small (size of a pin-head) white mark there because of the stretching. I use baby powder when I stretch. And I use aloe after every session.

So the concise version: I don't have a lot of time with work and school and not a lot of privacy. How do I stretch on a regular basis without the pain and irritation on the top of my glans? And mainly, can I get good gains with just the straight down stretch? What is the best way to reach my goal of one inch in length? Thank you to all.
 
i would say some baggy shorts and somekind of killer ADS, i like the ol' belt above the knee trick...but i seriously caution you against leaving it on for over 15 mins at a time (a week ago i would have said 20, but i got weird little dots on my foreskin from it, they went away after a few hrs, but im not reducing blood flow for extended periods anymore)
find a comfortable way to attach it and u can get a serious stretch out of this thing.
you can wear this thing around the house and no one will notice...unless ur walking funny cuz u got it too tight, haha
 
if youre only comfortable with manual, my favorite manual stretch is the __________, and using other fulcrum, like the v-stretch, and over the wrisit/forearm
 
DLD's newbie routine is perfect. Start with low intensity exercises. Dont worry about not feeling ligs yet.
Try the routine consistently for month and you should measure the difference.
*Try to grip your penis a little under the glans.

Hi everyone. Thanks for the replies. I'm not really comfortable with doing an ADS, just because living and school costs are killing me right now so I'm poor, and I just want to do some basic manual stretchs.

Is the __________ stretch the post entitled, "The __________ Stretch As Named By Blue Whale"?

King Cobra - By low intensity do you mean low reps, fewer seconds per stretch, or just as it says but without pulling very hard? I have tried just the basic newbie routine for up to 2 weeks consistently but I always have to stop because of that nasty irritation I get on the glans. I'm sorry to come on here like every other noob asking, "what's the best way to gain an inch?", and then everyone has to tell him the newbie routine. But I feel like I need a little extra advise/help because of the pain and irritation problem I get after a relatively short period of stretch work. I've worked that routine with a lot of different grips, different grip enhancers, different placement, etc... but I can't seem to not end up hurting my glans? Could I just be doing it too hard? I grip pretty much right where the glans ends and the shaft starts. If I grip any lower I get no stretch at all - it's all skin, and if I go higher on the glans it hurts it even worse.

Maxameyes - I love your trick. I read that a while ago and I use it and it definitely helps alleviate some of the problem. But it still somehow manages to persist. And about the exact inch - I was born with a 7 x 6.1-6.2 member so I feel like if I got around an inch, I would think of myself as darn near perfect. And I don't want to be bigger than 8 because I don't think I need it, I don't have time to go bigger than 8 because I assume I would be past easy noob gains, and I don't want to be greedy.

DLD - You think Blasters might be the ticket?

Mandingos are good. Blasters are good, but i think the whole Newbie Routine is the best way to go.

Couldn't you go in the bathroom when they're asleep? Or if you do it in the shower?

Also i recommend bundling every stretch you do.

I mean you don't need the heavier stretches yet. Just follow the newbie routine stretch exercises.
Experiment with getting a good grip about 0.5" under the glans. You should find a way to a stable stretching point. Give it a few tries. The glans could get filled a little while doing so, but never to the max. I think that this is also what Maxameyes does. He described it better in his sig :).
 
Uh, exactly what is the "__________" stretch?

its when you grab just below the head with one hand and make a fist, but dont use all fingers to grab, then u pry up using your other fist on your pubic bone...at least i think thats what it is, hard for me to explain it
 
Yes, I like the idea of the newbie routine. I was just wondering if I could get away with only or the majority of my stretches being straight down, as that is the only stretch that I can actually feel in my ligaments. I also was curious as to how I should personally use the newbie routine regarding my sensitive glans.
 
As long as you're not doing any actual damage to the skin of your glans; abrasions, tears, blisters-or worse, then you're left with dealing with discomfort. Here's an old trick a buddy o' mine taught me loooong ago when he wanted to last longer in the sack with a new chick. He'd put just a dab of Baby Orajel on the frenum, once he got married he carried the trick over to his Ol' Lady but with a twist; now the Orajel was on one of those cotton balls she used for....whatever the hell women use 'em for... and he'd stuff it in the rubber he rolled on. He claimed that orgasm was a conscience decision at that point...and his wife was happy.

So...maybe just a touch of Baby Orajel on the ol' glans will help until you get conditioned to the stresses of Penis Enlargement.
Just a thought.

Thanks for the help everyone. And thanks Maxameyes, I'm glad to know it shouldn't do any permanent damage. I think I'll just try do a watered down version of the newbie routine and hope I can get a few gains over some time, as I'm not in any rush.
