Semi-erection this morning :)

I woke up in the middle of the night with one but I really had to pee. Didn't have one this morning but also wasn't dancing like a crackhead to the bathroom.

Most of this morning wood have something to doing with peeing. There are times when I don't wake up with a morning wood but it is rare.

When your asleep everything relaxes. As your bladder starts to fill it gets lazy and rests on your prostate which causes an erection.

Now I know better :)

To be honest I have morning wood every single morning. Sometimes is very hard sometimes is not too very hard but have.
After starting my PE journey my morning wood is stronger the before.

Yes it's like that for most people.

Woke with full wood this morning. Maybe the chili cheese dog helped :)

A healthy male with balanced hormones should have between 3-6 nighttime erections. There have been many studies regarding this subject and all come to the same conclusion that rem sleep plays a massive role in these nocturnal erections. The subject of a full bladder may have a slight impact but no evidence is conclusive. Even young boys from the age of around 4 can have these nocturnal erections which again points towards rem sleep as being the main trigger.
It should be noted that any male who has noticed a decrease in morning wood could potentially have a hormone imbalance or a cardiovascular issue and should seek medical advice.

I was always told it was a full bladder that caused it. I'm sure there's times I have wood and the alarm chases it away immediately.

The more PE I do the more morning wood I get. Probably my body sending blood to my penis to repair the damage and aid growth.

PE is the morning wood trigger.

Performing certain exercises like the jelq or using a bathmate as well as performing kegals will aid in blood flow , but if testosterone is low or a person has cardiovascular problems then erections will still suffer. It has been know for a very long time that the reduction of nightly erections or waking with one is a clear sign of low testosterone. This happens to some guys from the age of 35 onwards, as this is the age most mens testosterone levels begin to drop. Some men who suffer the most have began taking trt/hrt treatment to bring their hormone levels back to the stage they where when they where much younger. This treatment apparently has many other benefits like being able to build more muscle and loose stubborn body fat.

If I don't have morning wood, then I know I'm coming-down with a cold or something...it's my health barometer :)

Mine this morning was super hardly and long about 10 min. Sometimes make me crazy. Can put on my pants.

My morning wood has been decreasing over the years. I'm 41 now so I'm hitting that age of testosterone dropping. I hope I never need hormone therapy.

Aren't there foods that can help boost testosterone levels?
