Do i have to warm up everytime i use the LM because warming up is a bit stressing and tiring id like to know if any of you start their session whit no warm up...just grab the LM n start a routine...thanks

Warm up by going through a set of light basic stretches, that is how I warm up.

light basic stretches can the newbie stretches help to warm things up? id like to start today warming up using the stretches but im not sure i shoul try that ........

Yup, that is how I do it one circuit around the basic stretching very light at first and work up in intensity towards the end Then my dick is ready for war!

Be it girth work or length master session, I don't warm up. I just go straight to the exercises. I'm a veteran now in PE.
 
warming up is my thing but im gonna try whit some massagings before starting my LM session

Massage is also a great work out.
 
I never warm up. But a great thing I like to do is use a heating pad while you use the lengthmaster. It'd be great if we could have a heat source right around the shaft douring all PE exercises like hanging or extending
 
One question for YKM its about the thereband and the ace bandage i used my LM the other day n i wrapped the thereband around the penis n the ace bandage on top of it is that the way to wrap...hope u get the question:p
 
I do a 10 minute rice sock warm up. As for wrapping I do what you did. I fold the theraband 1 time horizontally and one time vertically. I then I wrap it around 1 cm under my glans, then I wrap the ace bandage while pulling on my head so my penis is stretched out. I use the full ace bandage now since I've only been using the LM for the first time this month. As I get more experience with the LM I will wrap with less of the ace bandage.

yep i have used the whole bandage mummifying the penis,but yeah maybe in the near future we have to learn to use a shorter piece of the ace bandage...
 
The LM is the magical device we get flaccid n erect gains...hope i get damn big asap i want to get to 8 inches nbpel asap...:cool:

With consistency, you will get there no doubt about that.

The LM is strtching the inner penis out in a great way practice n consistency are part of the formula.......:)

Stretching downward is my favorite position when using the length master. I don't get tired of that position.

I can do the downward position using my legs and go for a long time. I simple lay back on the couch or bed and get my feet onto the bars and push from there.
