Hey guys,

Im new to pe so yeah bare with me. I havent been consistent with it just playing around. So today i was using my lm doing dld's newbie routine. It took 30 minutes then i got right into my PF. I was in PF for 6 and half hours. Every time id go to the bathroom id do some a-stretches. So i was done and took a shower. Then i started to do some rotary stretches few sets straight out and downwards. I had two pops when doing rotary out and down. The pop felt good no pains. Did something good just happen?

It's ok..it's like cracking your knuckles..no need to worry.

To be honest I havent been consistent with pe but these last few weeks ive been trying to. When i got all my pe gear like 2 years ago i took measurements. So yesterday before i did my routine. I took some measurements.... and yes i did grow more than i thought. I dont want to say much more cuz I'm going to be starting a progress thread real soon. Today i did the same stretches. After my ligs popped twice last night with no pain. I felt like i could stretch and stretch more and more tonight but i didnt want to go to far. Im still learning my limits but i think i got it down as of now.
 
My starting size in 2012 when measured was nbpel-5inches/bpel-6inches. Since i measured yesterday. Im now nbpel-5.25/bpel-6.25 a quarter inch gain. It was hard to believe since over the years ive been just slacking around. I brought the ruler out again tonight and i guess i really did gain... If i were only consistent.....:-\
 
stay consistent for the next three months n you will see gains check the newbie routine n the SRT.If you can get a device you will gain easier Get the LM if you can..discipline is key i have taken days off ,breaks,n got disappointed a few times too.I was 5.2 years ago now im getting to close to 7.But if i had followed a routine in a more serious conscious way i had changed that situation years ago... Good Luck
 
Cementing comes with consistency... :) I stopped PE 3 months ago and i did not lose any size..only some EQ..hope i will get back to work soon.
 
You can snap, crackle and everything is good but if you pop, it's all over:)

I have heard that pop sound or snap or whatever but didnt feel a sharp pain or anything n i think im slowly growing tough....:p

you are lucky. I got a pop and I was doomed. My lest testicles became 3 times the size.

My experience I heard pop and was doomed. My left testicles got swollen and had to stop p.e. and went under medication. Now I am ok. Next time be care ful. Pop can also come with pains. You were lucky.
 
I've never had one, and I don't ever plan to. I'm probably gonna start doing low-grip stretches, but I'll definitely only coast on the fatigue carefully rather than try to get 'burners'. May do burners just very conservatively.

Only a swollen nut?Pff....when i heard the POP sound my left testicle exploded and the right one got to the size of a football ball...now i don't know what to do..maybe try and cut the big one into 2 little ones..like before :)
 
I had some ligament pops in the early part of my stretching routines. This is normal as long as you don't have immediate pain and sharp pain following, it should just be normal soreness.

Yup, sharp pain is a huge sign of STOP! A ligament pop causes no pain, it may be scary but in reality there is nothing to worry on. As harmless as cracking your knuckles.
