I usually break it up a few times over the course of a day.
20 minutes after a good warmup in the shower, and I go through all the DLD newbie stretching portion, then if the day is a light day, I'll jump into the
SG until noon when I go to the gym. To counter not wearing any sort of
extender at the gym, (compression shorts kill me) I'll do the
Uncle Jims Wrap and work out with that (makes for a fucking huge bulge, I love it), then once I get home and shower up, I'll go back into the
LM for another 20 minutes, usually for some bundled stretches, then another few hours until bedtime in the
SG, then back into the Jims wrap for the night. I would like to reorder my
VLC, since mine was too big for me and chafed the shit out of me, before just falling off entirely. Once I get that ordered, I might just go
SG+VLC all night long.
Right now I'm just targeting for length gains, since I'm pretty happy with my girth, but I'll throw a girth session in on occasion just for funzies and keeping that vascularity that the girlfriend loves
So to break it down:
Morning:
5-10 minute hot shower/warmup
20 minutes in
LM on DLD
newbie routine
4~5 hours in the
SG on a decently high tension
(Uncle Jim if going to the gym)
Noon:
10 minutes under a heating pad if I'm not coming back from the gym
20 minutes of DLD
newbie routine bundled variation
6~8 hours in the
SG depending on how I feel
Night:
10 minutes of warmup in heating pad
20~30 minutes of DLD
newbie routine + rotaries and Bluewhale stretches in
LM
Uncle Jims wrap for the night
Boom. So far my flaccid hang is amazing, I'm not going to bother measuring until I reach the end of this month because I dont want to put myself off. Length feels longer while erect, but I could be psyching myself up for my soon-to-be-bigger dick!
