Hello all, I've been PEing on and off, mostly off for a year or so. This past month I've been hanging consistently everyday at least 2 20 minute sessions. I've recently switched to hanging btc. Before and after my sessions I will do the following manual stretches

BTC (left, middle, right) 30 secs each
Straight down (left, middle, right) 30 secs each
Straight out (left, middle, right) 30 secs each
Straight up (left, middle, right) 30 secs each
I also do these stretches when I use the restroom throughout the day

If I have the time I will wear my extender for about 20 minutes to hold the extended stretch after the session.

My bpfsl is a hair over 7 inches
Bpel is about 6.5-6.75

I also own a bathmate, but I have heard this is mostly for girth, which appears true with the expansion I have gotten in the past

I'm just looking to maximize length gains and would appreciate any advice from the vets around here. Thanks
 
looks like a good routine bro i hope you have good results. I think straight down and btc is probably where the most gains are as far as hanging and stretching because you will focus on the ligs.

This is a good routine for now. I would however, pass on wearing the extender for just 20 minutes a day. You're not really, honestly gaining any legit benefit from such a short wear time with almost no tension from the extender anyway. Seriously, just hang another set.

Another set? That would be 60 minutes of hanging a day. Is it even safe to do that? I was gonna say just start actually using the extender for real, like 6-8 hours a day with moderate tension.
 
Thanks for the critique guys. I may try to squeeze in more time in the extender. It's difficult with work and school. My routine is usually morning then repeated at night when I get home
 
I personally hang 120 min. A day and from my experience nothing went wrong just reassure to put heat every once in a while...

Agreed, Extenders are for long term wear. Maybe look for an ADS instead that will help you heal in the extended position, that will maximize your gains.

I can say from personal experience that hanging 60 minutes a day is not an issue at all, and in fact is probably too short an amount of time for certain people to gain.

I do individual sets that are exactly 60 minutes at a time without stopping at all, and I used to do two of those a day.

3 sets of 20 minutes each is not a bad workout in hanging. More time is great but 3 sets can be very profitable.

It is not advisable to be hanging weight to also be using an extender at same time. Stick to one only with a combination of manual bundled stretches. Get yourself a length master.
