Hey there guys,
I promise i will shut my trap and stop bothering u all from posting threads on LOW LOT, but would the P.E Veterans, DLD if u could spare some moments from ur busy schedule please answer a simple question for widdle ol me,
WHAT ROUTINE would i likely use to focus on my TUNICA,
well I am done with DOWNWARD STRETCHES, since i have a LOT of 6-7.
These are the excercises i am focused upon:
DLD BLASTERS
BUNDLED DLD BLASTERS
BUNDLED STRETCHES
FOOT LONG STRETCH but PULLING IT OUTWARDS
STRAIGHT OUT STRETCHES
STRAIGHT UP STRETCHES.
Can any one please give a sample routine as to how to put stretching the tunica effective, coz i feel really bad i am misfortunate to make gains from ligs and hafto settle with tunica stretching,
Plus can basic stretching be done in bundled form ??
ANXIOUSLY waiting for ur replies, coz i am JUST GAINING GIRTH and its pissing me off, i want atleast 2 inches in length .. and i dont care how much more girth i can get.
