I noticed there's two way to do a kegel. Are both right?
The first one I just feel the squeeze right under the balls (and the penis doesn't move). And the second one I squeeze both under the balls+ and the penis (so the penis moves).

Stupid question I know, are both kegels??

Why Im asking is becuase when I were SG I don't want my penis to move when I squeeze the second kind of squeeze because of loosing tension, it feels like im loosing tension when I do that kind of squeeze.

So could I stick with the first kind of squeeze and still work out my PC muscle?

Kegels are any flexing of the pelvic floor muscles. The response is very large and covers a board series of pelvic floor muscles. This can be seen when we are erect and we bounce our erection by flexing these muscles, or when we are urinating and we stop the flow of urine by flexing. It can be found in many other ways but all are according to the pelvic floor muscles.

The second type of Kegel would be the Reverse Kegel where the total "unflex" of the muscles. This can be found while urinating also, when you force or push the flow of urine. This muscle unflex is the Reverse Kegel and the gateway to length gains in DLD Blasters.

Not to hi-jack your thread OP, but is there a place where I can read descriptions on these exercises, or any of the recommended exercises? Can the kegels be done without going pee? If it might sound stupid I apologize, just eager to learn.

A kegel can be done at anytime. The muscles used to do a Kegel are the large group of muscles at the pelvic floor region that travel from the anus to the upper abdomen. The flexing of this group of muscles, or Kegeling, can be found through urinating by stopping the flow of urine but you do not need to be urinating to do it, it is only a way to find the flex. Another way is by bouncing your erection while erect without using your hands, only by flexing these muscles, this also is a Kegel.
