So far I've been at it a week, just jelqing for 30 min a day and I can say I see a difference in my penis. Hangs lower and fuller when flaccid, seems thicker when erect as well.

I attribute these gains to erection quality, which I thought I was at 100% already but I was soo wrong. Just keep at it new guys and don't get discouraged! Quality excesses and don't rush!

Yep you're right,these gains are pretty a better EQ and better blood flow , i don't think we can talk about real gains in only one week but it's still a great feeling when you notice,i remember when i noticed my newbie gains , it was crazy :)

Oh no, no real gains yet but hey I'll take that extra 1/4" or so along with a harder penis! I'll have to measure and see how much it really has been.
 
I'll have to measure my bp one of these days, and I'll be fuckin surprised if I wasn't 7"+ XD.

If you guys are not measuring Bone-pressed how the fuck do you know if you are gaining or not in length?

That's what I'm wondering. I saw where guys in other threads were measuring all sorts of ways and finding out they were wayy off the actual measurement.

Bone pressed is the only way I've ever measured, it used to be the only way anyone else measured a while back. Not sure what changed that

^ Hope is the one thing I had since I did my first jelq. I was so upset at my size then that I did put all my effort into this PE, reading thread upon thread like a mad man. For anything in life that you want there needs to be a good attitude, and unyielding persistence. No retreat no surrender>:(

How long have you been at it man? See any improvements what so ever?
 
The best way to gain is the " i don't look to see if i gained " , if that makes sense :))))

Just do PE..day after day..week after week..month after month...if you do 3 days of PE and then measure,ofc you're not going to see gains..and that's going to bring you down...Just forget about the ruler,do PE,and don't think about gains,and the gains will come.

nah man i don't think so im going to have a LM session today. i really need to know if the LM really works for me....

yeah i try to have that state of mind but sometimes anxiety takes my patience away...anyway measurement day august 19.......

Any newbies reading this, it's important to take some accurate Bone-Pressed and girth measurements when you start, so you wont mind-fuck yourself down the road, then don't measure too often, too many get all excited about newby gains, then they slow up, they get discouraged and they're gone, never hear from them again

SO important, without these measurements you will never know what you have truly gained.

Well i started years ago,so lame....
 
I started years ago too in a half ass manner, quit for years and came back seriously about 2 years ago, my gains are coming slow as shit now too, but you know you gotta stick with it, gains are gains and they add up over time

Consistency is so important in gaining. I am happy to see that you and short are putting in a good consistent effort. And you are right, gains add up over time.
